I am THRILLED with CLEANING AUTHORITY’S services today!! The house SPARKLED when they finished. We live in a dusty area and are plagued daily; especially the fans and blinds. The fans and blinds are now spotless. They even cleaned the dusty house plant 🪴. THANK YOU!

The best cleaning company , The CLEANING AUTHORITY! Thanks Patrick. The best cleaning team ever! Beyond thorough, professional, every nook and cranny, I have multiple pets. They are the kindest and most qualified Cleaning staff I have ever come across. I have a four bedroom three bathroom home With multiple pets again that is not a small feat! It is beyond perfection.! Many thanks can never suffice! I highly recommend the cleaning authority and specifically the two young ladies I had here, simply top notch first rate! I beyond highly recommend I will always stick with them.

I will give the first Cleaning good rating (3 people and then a 4th showed up to QC and assist). The next one had 3 people and did a very poor job. I gave them a poor rating and I was called by TCA -Nicole and she apologized and even said that "nobody is perfect", but then said they would get my first crew back. Today was our required 3rd (Contract Cleaning)...this is as bad as having a Dish/Cox/Direct TV contract...you have to commit to 3. Today 2 people (1 with 1 year experience and the other 4 months). They also arrived without notice (supposed to receive a text with a 1-2 hour window notice). I called and again got Nicole and she said that there was a mix up and one from out 1st crew no longer works there but these 2 will do a good job. Apologized and again said "Nobody is perfect". I responded that "I pay perfectly, so it the job is not done perfectly, should I not pay perfectly. There satisfaction guarantee is call them within 24 hours and someone will come back and fix it...more inconvenience to be here for that...do the cleaning right and QC your work before you leave is what I expect. So Overall, I would give The Cleaning Authority a -1 Star and their Customer Service (Nicole) a -1 as well. Maybe another one (franchise) is better, but not the Glendale franchise....especially for what they charge. Disappointed

This company has been great. I started using them just a few months ago, and have been very happy with their services.

I want to be happy with the effort they put forth, but the people they have to come clean are inconsistent and only occassionlly do a good job. Scheduling, management are great, but the service provided is variable. I had a crew come today and they did not offer to do a walk through and a number of areas were left incomplete or poorly done. I will not be able to continue with this company.

I recently signed on with The Cleaning Authority and this was my second time. All the ladies are fantastic. I'm very happy with my choice to change companies.

Paid 400$ to have my new house deep cleaned, still dirty, base boards dirty, window sills dirty, and cabinets still dusty. Contacted them and was told I would have to pay again for their half assed work.

Okay…so very good initial cleaning although some questions
1. Our crew cleaned the ceiling fans but a lot of dust fell into the light fixtures…shouldn’t that be vacuumed out?
2. Is the crew supposed to vacuum the rugs and/or mop the floors in the bathrooms? That did not happen.
3. The vents in the ceiling…are the supposed to be cleaned?

Just some questions needing to be addressed. Thank you for the service.

We’ve had this service for several months and it’s been amazing. We’ve had great customer service and our house is always perfect after they leave. It’s more than just a clean house it gives us more time with our kids and it reduces the stress of trying to do it all.

As usual, the crew was in/out in a flash! My house is always spotless when we return and our two fur babies got their share of lovin’ and treats!

Update 6 months later:::::
This company still gets 5 stars! They have not skipped a beat or let me down on any level!!! And I must reiterate, the cleaning team of 2 to 4 people is different almost every time they come. Which in itself speaks volumes. that means that their entire staff is trained properly and encouraged to use their brain and common sense. But the most important skill that any company should have, is alive and well at “The Cleaning Authority” and that is Customer Service!!!!!! Their teams take pride in their work and you can see it all over their faces. Once AGAIN I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority. You will be very very very happy!??

This company is the best in town. I have recommended them to everyone I know. I have tried a lot of companies and the Cleaning Authority surpasses them all!! Give them a try and you will see!

Update!!! This company is still knocking it out of the park every time. Today’s cleaning was by Lexi, Jess and Nelly and they were fantastic!!! Took care of all the little things most people overlook!!! Try Cleaning Authority!!! You will be so glad you did!!!! Love them!!!

I am very satisfied with The cleaning authority. Ulani and Giselle were very kind, hard working and friendly! I appreciate their hard work. The manager came and checked their work and made sure everything was up to satisfaction. I appreciate the manager taking the time to go the extra mile and vacuum in high traffic places. The Cleaning Authority is the best service in Arizona! They do a phenomenal job every time the come! For years I went through maids about every six months and they never did a great job so I didn’t mind losing them! Then I found the Cleaning Authority and I’ve been a client for years!!! I highly recommend!

The new team arrived in the middle of the wettest monsoon storm of the year - despite that, they were cheerful, efficient & did a very thorough cleaning. Normally we would be out - but because of the weather they had to work around us, but they were very gracious about that. I was very impressed with their work ethic & shiny results! Thanks Guys!

Super impressed with The Cleaning Authority, they came in and did a great job making everything sparkle! They even had someone come in and check and do touch ups! I am very happy with their service and the crew were very sweet and willing to do anything more I needed! Can't wait to have them back in a few weeks! The initial clean is a bit more expensive, but very reasonable after that.

Unfortunately terrible experience. My wife and I scheduled a move out cleaning and were told that the average time it takes is 2-4 hours. We explained we needed a deep clean as we were moving out of the house. The scheduler capped the time limit at 4 hours which is not what we requested. We asked on the phone that the oven and fridge be cleaned as well as the kitchen, laundry room bathrooms etc. The contract was sent 3 days after scheduling and the oven/fridge were not listed to be cleaned. The bathrooms were cleaned very well as were the base boards, that's about it. The cleaners left 20 minutes before the 4 hours mark but did a terrible job cleaning. The kitchen was not wiped down at all nor were the inside of any cabinets or laundry room. The kitchen counter was also not wiped down. It took my wife and I an hour to clean the kitchen ourselves before turning over the house keys. When I called The Cleaning Authority I was told it was a shared responsibility and they took zero ownership of their own mistakes or failures. Their only solution was to have cleaners comes back to finish the 20 minutes of cleaning they did not complete in the first place. They similarly still charged me for the full time the cleaners were there despite the fact that they did not complete their end of the agreement.

I have used the cleaning authority for at least 8 months. This has been a really great service for me. I called them after I just bought a house and mopped 2700 square feet for the first time by myself, I was so overwhelmed. They were very nice and prompt on the phone. Recently I have had to pause my service as there is some people movement and now I’m unsure of where to bring my puppy while the house is being cleaned. I was very nervous to call to cancel, I know some places don’t take no for an answer. But Nicole called me back and said no problem. I really appreciate that and it was a huge weight off my chest. Nicole is someone who I have had most of my phone conversations with and she has been very kind and helpful. I would recommend cleaning authority for its service, communication, and ease of starting/stopping the service.

We have had this cleaning service for about 6 months now (every 2 weeks cleaning), and we are very happy with them! The cleaners have all been very nice and friendly and they do a good job with what I need! ~ I also have the opportunity to check their work at the end and they are more than happy to make sure I am pleased with the service before they leave. We would recommend them to our friends 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
