The owner she is a wonderful woman she like dogs and cat's

We used the service For a couple of months they were never on time no one ever speaks English they come in like a bull in a China shop they don’t care about your valuables they don’t clean they just go over with a flat feather duster it’s hard to communicate with people on what you need done when they don’t speak English they come in they’re here for a half hour and charge $140 and when you go through and swipe everything top of the TVs are down the counters are done horrible service horrible communication just don’t do it

They cleaned my mom's house for moving out. They were very thorough. Cleaned everything including top of cupboards, took sliding shelves out to clean under them, bathrooms sparkled, etc, etc. We could not have been pleased more.

Horrible horrible experience. I would not recommend. We used them to clean our new house. Paid the move in/deep clean price $230. They were at the house 45 mins. Came back as they were leaving house, House was dirty. Wooden blinds were filthy. My security screen door was broke. Completely ripped from wall. I called owner. She didn’t absolutely nothing. And accused me of lying.

Wonderful experience. We have been using Rita's house cleaning since 2017. We initially bought a new home and hired Rita's house cleaning to do a deep clean. We were so impressed we hired the team for bi-weekly cleanings and Rita does not disappoint. We highly recommend, this company is professional, affordable, and very prompt with responses.

Just had my house “cleaned” by Rita’s cleaning service. Four ladies finished what was supposed to be a deep cleaning in 2 hours. There was so much skipped and not done that I wouldn’t know where to begin. If you pay $380 you would expect the tops of cabinets to be dusted as well as all shelves, the toothbrush holders were left filthy, the utility sink was dirty, nothing was done with appliances, even the front door area was not swept and on and on. Needless to say, I won’t be using them again and I would advise you not to as well unless you don’t mind getting ripped off and having to finish your cleaning by yourself .

I have a large home and cleanings consistently got to be less effective while still paying $500 for each cleaning every 3 weeks. No one speaks English so you can’t share your concerns and when you try to explain that to the owner she just further gaslights you by saying, “had you told her there was an issue she would have sent the girls to “re-clean”

Well, I sent a very nice message advising I felt we needed to go a different direction because the cleanings were becoming less and less effective. She replied by saying I will cancel your service. I felt I was a due a refund because so very little of our house was actually cleaned and I thought paying in good faith would allow us to sort this out amicably. Instead she just told lie after lie and refused a refund or even partial refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Dane from KWIK Dry did an absolutely amazing job on our Vent/Duct cleaning , with careful attention to detail. He worked extremely hard from removal of vents, washing them by hand in special solution, to vacuuming out the vents and clean up afterwards. He definitely represents the company well. Would highly recommend this young man and the Company.
