Derrick came out to do my carpets (which turned out great) and I kind of sprung it on him that I’d like to get my floor tile grout done as well. Only catch was I needed it done within the next couple of days before my dogs came home. He and Dane showed up at 8 the next morning and got it all done for me. Talk about great customer service! They couldn’t be nicer guys and my grout has never looked so good!!

Derrick was amazing. We had an emergency spill happen at home while we were out of town and he took care of everything! I mean EVERYTHING! Definitely have a customer for life. Thanks again Derrick!!

Dane was amazing! He cleaned our couch and 2 rugs. He did an incredible job and had great attention to detail. We had an unfortunate incident happen on Friday and the company went above and beyond to get Dane scheduled on a holiday. Dane was on time and stayed until everything was like new! Would absolutely recommend this company to others.

Once carpet completely dried, it didn't appear to be as clean as I'd hoped. Service techs should wear shoe covers upon entering a customer's residence. The end goal is negated when a tech walks over clean areas wearing dirty footwear. There were scuff marks left on some walls near baseboards from the cleaning equipment. I was able to remove those marks easily though.

My scheduled appt time was changed at least twice. However, tech kept me informed on his ETA. I appreciated that consideration. I did notice tech seemed a lil rushed also.

I will DIY/M next time.

With apologies and probable resolutions, Derrick adamantly reached out to me via text and phone call to rectify the situation. We came to an agreement regarding a future rendering of service(s). I will update accordingly after fruition thereto.

Derrick made my furniture look almost new! I’m so impressed with the cleaning of our couch & bedframe, I just wish I’d done it sooner! I’ll definitely call Kwik Dry again the price was great for the level of work I got!

Dane was outstanding, He answered my questions; was very careful with everything he did. the supplies that were used there was no odor at all. The carpet I knew had to be ripped out he cleaned it and it is like new. I highly recommend Phoenix Kwik Dry. everyone from the office to the finish was wonderful.

Derrick showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. We had him clean out our dryer vent, which was in desperate need of some TLC and our carpets throughout the house. Whatever he used was fantastic. The carpets looked great. He even got out 95% of the neon purple slime that was crusted into the carpet under our kids bed (we didn’t even know about it until months later when we moved his bed so it was solid as a rock- aren’t kids fun?!) Our house now smells fresh and clean! That being said, we didn’t smell any heavy cleaner smell at all, either, like some companies. It literally just doesn’t smell like the carpet of 4 little boys and a dog anymore.

I have only used steam cleaning services before and was skeptical of the quick dry method. I have to say it looks every bit as good as the steam method and dried so much faster! I also had 2 rooms of grout cleaned and they look great as well. It was so convenient to have both carpet and grout cleaning done at the same time. Derrick is very friendly and is a really hard worker! I highly recommend Kwik Dry.

OMGOODNESS, Kwik Dry did my carpets today 8/18. I have lived in my condo since 1999 and I have had many local carpets cleaning companies come and clean my carpets. NO CARPET COMPANY has ever done such a great job. I will not ever use any other company. Call Derrick if you want professional top grade cleaning for your carpets. They do other things as well, just give them a call. You will be so pleased. Unbelievable!!!

Dane was great. I just moved into my house a few months ago and the sensor on my new dryer kept going off. I looked up what it meant, and it says that the air Vent was blocked so I had them come clean all of the air ducts, and my dryer vent. The sensor on my dryer is not going off anymore and the air smells fresh and clean And the sensor does not go off anymore. .Definitely will have him back next year.
