I called around for water heater installation and came across Impact Plumbing. Desi was very responsive with brand information and pricing. After some additional research I found their price to be very fair. Carlos arrived the same day and did an outstanding job. Very pleased with customer service, installation and maintenance review. Highly recommend.

Our hot water heater went out the night before we were to go on vacation. Impact Plumbing contacted me immediately and was the ONLY company that would give us an estimated cost of the job without coming to the house to do a free quote. They were significantly cheaper than the other companies, had EXCELLENT customer service and communication, installed a quality product, and came in exactly at their estimate. Carlos changed the hoses and did everything that needed to be done at no extra charge. We will definitely use them again, and would refer them to anyone.

What an amazing company! I was having a terrible time finding a company that could replace my water heater at a reasonable price. I found Impact Plumbing through home advisor and what an amazing experience! Such great customer service! They called me within minutes of my home advisor request and I didn’t hear my phone so she left me a message and followed it up with an email. I sent an email back and long story short the water heater needed to be replaced sooner than I thought, and this was during Christmas week! I surly thought I was SOL. However, that was not the case. They had me on the schedule for the day after Christmas and showed up on time! Carlos was so kind and friendly and had the job done perfectly. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely call them again when I’m in need of a reliable plumber that I can trust. Thank you so much!

My wife and I were doing a bath remodel and needed to have our existing bathtub removed, the plumbing reworked and a new clawfoot tub installed. We also needed 3 faucets replaced, one of which was very complicated. I made an appointment for an inspection and Carlos arrived on time and carefully evaluated everything that would need to be done, advising of any concerns and then providing a quote that was exactly what we were expecting to pay. Once the project started, Carlos arrived on time, was extremely kind and courteous and put in extra time to ensure the job was done both quickly and properly. This type of exceptional service made the reasonable quote suddenly become a deal of the lifetime. I cannot tell you how many vendors we have had that have treated us as though they were doing us a favor by taking a job and it was so nice to see a company that still treats its customers as friends. I needed an emergency installation of a water heater. Carlos with Impact responded immediately by phone, not a text. He was professional and was able to install my water heater the next day. Although his quote was not the least expensive, I decided that I would be more comfortable using a professional that excelled in communications and customer service. Desi and Carlos are the team that make Impact Plumbing a top-notch plumbing company to call. I had a toilet tank leak on a late Friday afternoon heading into the Labor Day weekend. This was stressful in that most plumbers were not available until Tuesday. However, through several searches online, I found Impact Plumbing. Desi answered my call and responded quickly with an appointment that accommodated my emergency. Carlos followed through with an inspection and offered options to consider before proceeding with work order decision. Although the part needed for the repair was not available with him, Carlos offered to go to a plumbing supply store to purchase the item. This was a genuine effort to ensure that I would have a functioning plumbing fixture that same day, instead of waiting until the next business day. Carlos was knowledgeable, thorough, and, more importantly, trustworthy. His work was clean and neat, which was equally important. Total cost of repair was very reasonable. Based on my awesome experience, I will be referring Impact Plumbing to friends and family. Genuine service and friendly people!!!

Impact Plumbing was great. We had a number of projects to be completed - new hose bibs on the outside of the house, new shutoff valves for all internal fixtures, a new water pressure regulator on the main water line coming into the house, along with a few smaller projects. Desi was amazing to work with in scheduling, and Carlos was very professional, prompt, and communicative both when he came to provide a quote as well as in doing the actual work. Carlos went above and beyond for us by also identifying and correcting issues with the bathroom sinks due to incorrect installation by the people who put in the countertops. Carlos Valenzuela is everything you want in a plumbing professional. He came a couple of days early to scope out the job to install a garage sink. He explained the intricacies and gave us a price. The next day I called and asked him to also install a new kitchen sink. He came ready to work and did all we asked at a reasonable price. He accommodated our requests for changes to our original plan. He cleaned up after the job and checked his work for completeness and quality. I would hire him again and recommend him highly.
