We had an emergency and contacted All Pro. They responded immediately and made it to us with no delay. I dealt with Ryan from the office and Chase came out to service our issue. They all worked with us to make sure we were up and running and ready to open all on very short notice. We will be using them in the future for our grease trap needs. We have had issues with odors at our business for 4 years. Over the years we have called out many plumbers and have spent hours and a lot of money chasing odors, still the odors remained. We contacted ALLPRO and told them the problems we were having and they came out and line jetted all our plumbing. The guys did a thorough job and made sure the lines were done right. This took several hours but well worth it. The odors are gone! Once they were done ALLPRO cleaned the grease trap. We had been using a different company and they had come out recently. Everything should have been pretty clean. What they found indicated how poor our last grease trap cleaning service provider was doing. The results speak for themselves and the results are amazing. I highly recommend ALLPRO.

Had another company do a poor job on our grease trap and it backed up almost immediately. Answered a late night call and got someone out here very fast. Showed me what the issue was. Fixed it fast and showed me the fix. Very polite and straight forward. I know it was more work then they had expected but they honored the estimate with no issue. We signed up for regular service and could not be happier.

We called for an emergency service where the water was backing up on the verge of flooding. The dispatcher was very understanding, helpful immediately and was back to me with a solution within minutes informing me there was a crew headed to my business within the hour.
He arrived, assessed quickly and solved the problem within 20 minutes and we were back to business pretty much unscathed.

Had a new Sink, faucet and R.O. System installed at our new house. R.O. Line was connected to fridge as we had asked and additional work was done to make sure the line properly went behind cabinets so that they were hidden. Will definitely use Primo Plumbing again in the future.

They lived up to their namesake. I needed a RO system setup. They were able to get schedule someone to come out pretty quick, the plumber arrived on time, and completed the job with no issues. Very happy. Would call them again.
