These Guys are great Fixed My ac unit and from the time I called them to the time they were at my House was only a few hours Same Day Service!

Rks plumbing is great! We had an issue with our backflow they came our quickly and fixed it for a great price. We have used them twice and both times they have been great. I would recommend them for sure!

When you have a name plastered on the side of your vehicle maybe not flip people off in parking lots and act like an *** because your parking spot was taken. Never would hire or work with a company that thinks this kind of behavior is ok.

“Fixed” a hvac issue but forgot to actually fix it causing another $2k of incremental damage due to a water leak. Been a week since they were informed it wasn’t fixed and they still haven’t bothered to return. Avoid.

Driver in truck 95 is driving either intoxicated or not paying attention. He's swerving out of the right lane on the 202 and driving down the side of the freeway throwing rocks into everyone. I called the office to let them know but they didn't want to hear what I had to say and hung up on me. I'll have to replace my windshield now, thanks a lot

This inconsiderate driver ran the stop sign at Norterra by PF Chang almost hitting several cars, I am assuming he was drunk and will be lucky if I don't send my dashcam video to the police.

Whoever drives truck #117 needs their license revoked. If they can't even drive responsibly I have to question how horrendous their craftsmanship must be.

Great experience! We bought a home a few years ago and have unfortunately had lots of plumbing issues but RKS has been there to handle it all!

I would like to share with anyone needing HVAC or Plumbing repair, RKS Plumbing and Mechanical is the company to call. My AC went out in the house, I called RKS and they jumped in to action. They sent out some experts in the HVAC field.
They were able to diagnose the issues with my AC and provide me with options. My unit was 14 years old but that did not stop them from trying to resurrect my AC, once confirmed that my AC was in need of replacement, they immediately deployed some portable units to cool off my house. I had my Grandkids over at the time of repair and RKS stepped in to save the day.
I cannot thank the RKS Team enough for the professional service that I received. From the dispatch team that answered the phone, to the hard working experts they sent to my house. Used them four different occasions, great service all around.

We've been working with Allen and Marcos for several months regarding a substantial valve replacement project in an old condominium building. 22 stories with 118 60 year old isolation valves that were past their prime. The RKS plumbing team did an excellent job with our building. It was worth every penny to regain control and confidence that our system will turn off when needed. Highly recommend contracting with RKS when you have a project that calls for seasoned plumbers and professionals.

If I could give them a zero I would. They came to the house On Sunday when my air conditioner was broken. They quoted me a rate for a visit and said that it would be applied to the Repairs. He came in and looked at the air conditioner and said it needed to be replaced. When I asked for a quote on a new one, he said that he would have to wait until Monday And that they would get back to me with the quote. He was not sure when they would be able to install because they’d have to order it. When I tried to pay, he said that I would get a call on Monday. I never received a call. I did not receive a quote. I did not get a call back. Two weeks later I got bill. I explained the situation to them. It was supposed to be handled. One year later I am still getting bills and now I have a $700 bill that they are saying is going to collections. I have received zero service.

Fixed my issue fast. Was same day service actually within 2hr. I was lucky 110degree day, water is essential. This is what he fixed. Had it capped off.
