Won't bother with any other plumbing parts supply store. Big box stores are a waste of time. This place is way cheaper, too. It's a drive for me, but worth it.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought in a faucet part only knowing the manufacturer and the sales person barely had to look it up and knew exactly what to get. He also pointed out that the old part had not been fully removed which I didn't know and would have made it impossible to install the new one. This saved me from a possible failed job!

This place is awesome! The young lady at the parts desk was very knowledgeable and helped me solve a mystery concerning a urinal that has baffled me for years. Thanks! I strongly recommend this place for all your plumbing supplies.

Van Marcke sent us here because they didn't have the part we needed. The customer service is fantastic! I loved that about these 2 places. Here they had the part! It's a bit far but I already know anything I need, they'll have!

I am injured so I sent my son with the part I needed which was an over-the-counter part. Call ahead to ask the gentleman to take care of my son because he was only 20. My son called me back and said the part was $80 and I'd seen it at Home Depot for $37! Online it's $21. You can't get any more price gouging than that! Would never in a million years use this place if it was the last plumbing supplies on Earth! So much for taking care of veterans!

These guys and gals are always a tremendous help when it comes to finding the stuff that i need. I often times come in with nothing more than a photo of what im looking for and 99-100 times they know AND have just what i need. A friendly helpful staff thats extremely knowledgeable to boot! Cant say enough great things about this supplier! Highly recommend!

Went in for a part, yes they had my part finally someone had the part I had been looking for for over a week. Will say they were helpful so getting the extra star. went home tried it unfortunately the part didn't work in fact my old part worked better then the new part they gave me so why the one low rating well took the part back explained what happened that their part didn't work ( diverter for shower) but was told I could get a refund I said but it doesn't work they said but u installed it well if course how do u know if it works if you don't install it? It looked brand new nothing missing so now I'm stuck with a part that don't work and what could have been a good experience and possible more purchases has become a bad one and a bad review on top of that. It's not like it's a hazmat part. Maybe even just defective part now the only place that had one won't even refund my purchase or work with me by giving me another one in case that one was defective. So my advice skip this place and try another place if u have the opportunity to do so save yourself the trouble in case u might need a refund. Just a side note looked on receipt doesn't say no refunds

I thought I needed a new cartridge for my Pfister faucet, and after explaining the situation over the phone, I was advised it might be the hose. Was able to remove and flush the hose, and the faucet works like new. Saved me some money, and more importantly a trip, but when I need anything for plumbing again I will definitely use Brown’s. Highly recommended...

Marissa Lugo is one of the most pleasant people i have dealt with. I have seen it all and customer service is a really big thing for me, i haven’t experienced that level of customer service in a long long long time. She is an absolute rockstar.
