At first I was skeptical about the service they said they provided but my experience turned out to be great. When Javier, the technician, showed up he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He inspected the area carefully and chose the best possible course of action.

He had assistance from another technician, and together they worked to clear the blockage. While they were working, they showed me a camera view of the blockage and later the clean pipe after the work was completed, which I really appreciated.

Drew was our service member that came right on time at the scheduled timeframe. He was very professional stood by the door asking permission to come in as well as explaining his services. I did appreciate that because of my kids were in the house and he was also mindful about everything in the house. I would recommend Jerry with POP Plumbing without hesitation. He did an amazing job totally remodeling two bathrooms. He was forthright with billing, always there when he said he would be, and completed the job in a very timely manner. He is very personable and pleasant to work with. I was so so relieved to have Jerry come and work to find my gas leak after the city locked the meter on a newer home only 2 years old. Jerry was on time and had a very can do positive attitude after several hours of investigative work trying to locate the leak which was very intense ( in the attic etc.) I would recommend him and going to be my go to guy and going to recommend him to my friends and family here in Phoenix area. Jerry is very professional and knows what he is doing. Was on time and I will definitely refer him to my friends and neighbor. Price is reasonable. Also very clean, picked up after the job was completed. I have had alot of tradesmen do good jobs but left a mess afterwards and i had to throw out old parts and clean up.

Jerry was well experienced in my requests and was flexible with his services . He checked for leaks in my ventilation issue and replaced two toilets within 2 hrs . I pre purchased my toilets and he went right to work . I will definitely call him back for any other issues in the future

We have used POP twice now. Jerry is great to work with. I know he will always do a fantastic job AND I know I will get a fair price. Today, I called and he quickly went over to my 92 year old mother’s house because her shower wasn’t working correctly. I phoned her tonight and she was so happy with the work Jerry did and the price she was charged. We will definitely use him again.

On the day he was scheduled to install our water heater, Jerry got held up in traffic coming from the other side of town, so he was much later than he hoped. He still showed up and stayed well beyond "quitting time" -- on a Friday -- and was meticulous about being sure everything was working perfectly and the site was cleaned up. He's friendly, efficient and professional; a first-tier plumber I highly recommend.

Jerry came to the house to assess the hot water heater and why it was leaking. Because of another plumber doing sub-par work, it caused too much water pressure so my old water heater cracked and began leaking. Jerry replaced the hot water heater and added a tank to prevent pressure issues again. He was very nice, and did a great job. I'll definitely call Jerry for all my plumbing work in the future. I would highly recommend him.
