Jerry was great, came out for same day service. Had a hose bib/ spigot replaced, which he completed extremely timely and for a very reasonable price. To top it all off, Jerry noticed and mentioned a termite trail on our house that we hadn’t noticed yet. We were able to make contact with our exterminator and get the issues resolved quickly before it turned into a more costly expense! A+ all around. Will definitely be using and referring Jerry and POP Plumbing to anyone asking for a great plumber.

Jerry was extremely professional and courteous. Had a couple of repairs/jobs needing work and he arrived within an hour of calling. He was able to give multiple quotes at super affordable prices! We had a bathroom faucet, shower valve, and a few other things done all in one go! He was also very flexible with scheduling; we were able to get the work done the following day! All his work was top notch, and he would give detailed opinions and suggestions for the best outcome possible! He is also great around pets! I highly recommend Jerry and will be sticking with him from here on out!

We had a toilet clog that needed attention, and I can’t say enough good things about this plumber. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, and his prices were truly fair. His motto, “people over prices,” really shows in the way he treats his customers. Highly recommend!

Jerry is the best plumber I have come across. On Friday night I had an emergency and water was going everywhere in the garage and he came on short notice even though he already had a family commitment. He quickly made the water stop and Saturday he came back to properly fix the washer area and the main open and shut area. His quality of work is excellent, he is very professional and trust me no one can have better prices. Great family guy that understands hard working people.

Jerry was great from start to finish. Easy to make appointment, showed up on time. Gave assessment/estimate. What I thought was a small clog turned out to be broken pipe and more. Jerry was referred by my neighbor who was happy with his work. He came the very next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue. He could have taken advantage of the situation and milked me for a needless job but he did not. He also would not take a service fee since there was no work done. I will refer him to anyone and will use him again in the future.

Jerry was at my air Bnb with in an hour for an emergency call on a Saturday morning. Spent hours there helping me resolve all issues from guests and only charging me a fraction of expected. This is not the first time I have used them. And will not be the last. Plumbers are hard to find that are honest and kind. As a Realtor I have tried dozens and he is my #1

It is hard find people you can trust to do a good job and also not completely take advantage of you. I always look at reviews before we hire professionals, sometimes they don't always match up, with Jerry they 100% do. There is a reason he has a solid 5 star rating, not only is he amazing at what he does he is a wonderful person. My Husband was trying to do what we thought would be an "easy" fix to our outside water hose and it turned into a mess. We had to turn the water off which isn't exactly fun when you have 4 kids that do not understand any of this. I reached out to Jerry yesterday evening to see if he could come today to help us. He came over this morning and fixed it so quickly. He is very professional and his prices are more than fair for the work he does. We can 100% say with confidence we know who our plumber is for all future pluming needs. Thank you again Jerry!

I had a new water pressure valve installed by the owner Jerry. Very skilled in his trade. He was up front with fair pricing. Showed up on time and did a great job. He also at no extra charge checked on my 2 bathroom fixtures and cleaned them. It was a pleasure to find an honest contractor like Pop Plumbing. Highly recommend.

Jerry showed up on time and fixed my outside spigot. It's been leaking for years. He had it done in less than 30 minutes at a price $25 lower than the quote I got from someone else, who failed to show up twice. Very friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend!

I'm rating 5 stars because Jerry was highly responsive. From the time I called to within hours he arrived to my home and assessed the issue and determined the toilet needed to be snaked and the water adjusted. He checked the vent on the roof, the main line and confirmed there were no blockages. The cost of service was very reasonable and $600 cheaper than a quote I received from another plumbing company that offered a service that was not necessary and wouldn't have resolved the issue. I will definitely call Jerry if any future plumbing issues arise. Thank you.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do "outback" aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Two of their best plumbers came out and replaced our three toilets and two outdoor water bibs. Tommy and Bill were on time, efficient and highly skilled plumbers. I have used Before and After Plumbing Company for over ten years. I recommend this company to anyone in need of excellent plumbing work at home or a business. And they run coupon specials too for discounts!

I don't really take an effort to write reviews but I feel like you all should know what they do. When you call them to check the problem they have you pay mandatory fee of something around 70 dollars. I had a small problem of dripping water from a focet. They came in and didn't even tell me what the problem is. They looked into it and told me they can't access it and have to break it. So at this point it's just paying 70 something dollars to have them come at my house and tell me they don't know what the problem is. I asked them how much they charge to fix it and they said 500 dollars. So it was either paying them 70 something even if I don't get it fixed or know what the problem is or paying them 500 dollars for a small 10 min work. That's how they trap you. I had to leave for a trip and wanted to fix the leak before I head out for a couple weeks so I ended up paying. The most stupid way I have spent money. They got it done in like 10 mins. Felt scammed and taken advantage of. If I were you I would avoid this place or at least get an exact quote on phone to fix the problem with worst case before having them come so that you will know their stupid hiked rates.

I think most of their good reviews are fake too now that I think of it.

Another great visit by Mauricio from Before and After Plumbing. We recently had a new electric water heater installed. A few days later, we noticed that the pressure in one of the showers was lower than it had been previously, and the temperature of the water was only lukewarm. I called Before and After, spoke with LeeAnne, who listened to my problems and scheduled a follow up visit for that same day. When Mauricio arrived he cleaned the sediment from the shower which resulted when the water was shut off during the installation, and adjusted the temperature setting on the water heater. Once again, proficient, efficient, and extremely professional. Working with the team at the Before and After Plumbing was a great pleasure. Moving forward, they will be my plumber of choice. If you select them for your plumbing needs, I assure you, you won’t be sorry.
