Plumbing Hero arrived promplty as schefule. Tom was very professional from start to finish. The water heater was installed quicker than i expected with no issues or delays. Tom cleaned up for this scope of work and was cery courteous. Woukd highly recommend Emergency Plumbing Hreo LLC. Thanks again Tom for a job well done!

Tom came out and saved the day, he made sure to communicate the plans and showed up in a timely manner. He fixed what needed to be done with a smile on his face. He was good with pets too!

Tom and his apprentice coworker were excellent, knowledgeable honest plumbers did a great job at a very fair cost. After several bids I was happy I chose the right man for the job.

This guy Tom is a life saver. Had a huge plumbing issue and he picked up the phone at 11pm. Came out to put a temporary stop to the issue, and came back out the next day to fix it. Wonderful doing business with him and if I am in need I will definitely reach out to him. Thank you for fixing my plumbing issue.

Tom came at a pretty quick notice. He was so kind and very knowledgeable, best part was he heard all my concerns and questions and took the time to answer them all and work with me to better understand my issue and possible solutions ! Have used their services multiple times at this point. The first time around was to help replace a leaky outdoor spigot. After the excellent work on that I decided to call them up again to replace a couple of existing toilets. Most recently was the biggest project yet, a full tub and shower surround replacement.

Tom was very courteous, efficient, and went the extra mile to repair a leak that did significant damage to our drywall and cabinets. He was able to do a temporary fix with what he had, then came back the next morning with a better, permant fix. We will call him again if we have any other plumbing issues. GREAT WORK!

Great and courteous service. I had a significant leak but wasn't sure where it was. The technicians were thorough, professional, understanding and walked me through the entire process as they checked for the leak. I am extremely impressed with the work performed, and with the great customer service provided. We had a leak under the concrete in the bathroom called Tom out and he was able to take the concrete out and fix the leak. Then he filled the hole back and put the concrete back. We had a great experience!! Highly recommend!!

Thomas is very professional and friendly. He advises me about maintaining my water heater and making it last longer. He is very thorough in what he do to make sure it doesn’t have any issue. I highly recommend him for any Plumbing issues.

He came out right away and helped me with my plumbing and did it for a great price. Any other plumbing company would have wanted alot of money to do this job but he got it done without breaking the bank and did great work also. I don't have to get on the roof no more to unclog my toilet. Plus it was done in a timely manner at that. He has also changed out my hot water heater for a great price and sourced the hot water heater for me as well so he is a great all around plumber.

Tom did a great job; had an under the sink leak at 8:00 pm at night. He drove right over and fixed everything he had parts for. Came out the next day and finished up the job. Works great. Thanks!!

Tom is a Saint! I awoke to a "pop" followed by the sound of water spray. The water valve at the base of the toilet flew off and water was everywhere!I tried putting it back on but coud not. After grabbing a pool noodle, I managed to divert the water into the tub while I looked to shut off the water. Well, I could not get the water off and the bathroom was filling up. I called the first plumber that google showed, and after realising I was talking to a digital person, I hung up. Then I found these guys! I was desperate, wet and about to cry because I couldn't shut it off and it was 3am in the morning! Tom answered after the second ring. I told him what was happening, hysterically mind you, and how he managed to calm me and get my location is a mystery. When he said he would be here in 30 minutes, I was skeptical but hopeful. Well, let me tell you, this guy was here in 15 minutes and with a broken leg! I was panicked, yet relieved to see them, especially with it being the holiday and all. Well, he got the water shut off, and his assistant, Jason? (Sorry if name is wrong guys, I'm better with faces) got the valve replaced in record time. I gotta say, these two men are AWESOME! They are professional, knowledgeable and they're customer service is outstanding! Tom went the extra mile for me and I cant thank him enough! The cost was VERY reasonable seeing that it WAS an emergency call AND it was 4am on Black Friday. Thank You Again So much for coming out so quickly, your efficiency is appreciated. I definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing need you may have, or better yet, put their number on speed dial like I did!
