He was very professional and reasonable with pricing! Very honest and straight forward also, made it easy to pick my choices.
I went with a new toilet due to my old one being over 8 years old.
Other companies wanted $1200 + Mr mark only charged me $350 for a customer supplied toilet.
He even inspected all of my plumbing fixtures and flushed my water heater for free.

Quality and professional service, which can be hard to come by in the White Mountains. These guys showed up on time, replaced my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently, and left no mess.

When Wayne ran his business up here in the White Mountains, we quickly learned that he was the only plumber to use! This morning we had a problem that we knew there was a leak happening because our pressure pump wouldn't stop running, but we had no idea where. I called Wayne and he trouble-shooted with me by facetime for about 45 minutes until the problem was discovered. He knows all the right questions to ask to know exactly what is going on and where! I WOULD RECOMMEND WAYNE EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK AND TWICE ON SUNDAYS!!

Called Wayne to come and look at low water pressure in the house. He performed a thorough inspection of the plumbing from the curb and into the house to detect where the concern was. Wayne contacted the manufacturer of the water heater company and worked with one of their techs on the phone until the concern was isolated at a failure in the water softener. Wayne even went as far as to contact the seller of the water softener company to assist setting up an appointment to get them out to make their repair. Wayne easily went above and beyond what was expected and I will be highly recommending to all my friends in the future. Extremely professional and courteous. 10/10 in my book.

They installed a tankless water heater, reverse osmosis and a gas system at our home. They were fast and thorough. But what I did not expect was their cleanliness. You would have never known they were here. They swept up and made my floors shine. They are my plumbers from now on.

Wayne came out today for a home warranty service call. Very cordial and made sure we knew when he was arriving. Handled the warranty service call and was able to fit in a main water service valve replacement with new water pressure regulator and spigot. Excellent work and would highly recommend his services to others. He's also a really nice guy!
