Used this company twice and today they came out and fixed my leaky toilet, and replaced the shut off valves. Highly recommend this company and great to support local businesses who value their customers.

I think our guys name was Chance, he was awesome! He obviously knew what he was doing and was eager to help. He also got the job done in half the time! We plan to call him again in the future.

Chance was quick, polite, and professional. I am very satisfied with the work he did. I do have a concern with the company as a whole as I have never been asked to leave a tip for a professional service. It was a 2 hr job and cost $800 before the tip. I’m not sure if the company is taking advantage of tipping culture - and their customers’ resulting guilt - or if they are not paying their employees a living wage... If your rates are too low to pay your professionals well, then change your rates. It’s insulting to ask for gratuity on top of a bill that is expected to include a hefty hourly labor fee. There was no itemization on bill so I don’t know what the hourly fee was.

Decided to do work ourselves, but Lucky Duck gave professional, personable, knowledgeable estimate, and just seemed very straightforward and trust-worthy! Estimate was in line with other companies, but turns out our family "handy man" wanted to give it a try. If we were hiring a professional, would go with Luck Duck.

Very pleasant and professional! He informed & explained to me everything that was needed to repair my sprinkler system. He used quality material at a reasonable price. I would 100% recommend!

Chance arrived at the scheduled time, looked over the leaking hot water heater and gave a price to replace. I was surprised when he said he could do it now. He did the installation and used good quality heater and materials. No more leaky tank, major flood averted.

Best customer experience I've had in Arizona. They were on time. Our tech went through all options to remove our filtration system while making it easy to install a new system in a couple months. This is my go to company for plumbing!!!!

I had Lucky Duck come out to check on a sewage backup problem. They sent Chance and let me tell you this guy was great. He came early, he was professional, he knew what he was doing and he was super nice. He let me know my problem was probably a HOA problem and he was absolutely right. I will definitely call them from now on.

A serviceman named, Chase, responded quickly to examine my plumbing problem.
He skillfully replaced a section of piping behind my wall that was causing the problem. He precisely pinpointed the section needing repair, and was articulate explaining to me what had to be done. Their pricing is competitive, and fair. Great care was taken to clean up, after the job was complete. I highly recommend this company. Everything is back to normal and working fine. My service technician, Chase, is a respectful, true professionals. I highly recommend this company. In a scaled rating of 1-5, I give them a 6, for exceeding my expectations !!!! 👍

i was searching for a plumber to help me with renovating my current old plumbing. Was tired of the hard water stains all over my house. These helped teach me about how water quality impacts my quality of life. Put a full system on my house and am loving it!

I really wanted to like the service. Service was scheduled and the person came to inspect the repairs. He would give me the quote later. One week later I have not heard back from him. I called him and sent him texts and no responses. This is unreliable.

I have used this company every time i have an emergency and not only do they take care of the issues they make sure its done right. Their prices are for more reasonable than any other quotes i have received. I will be calling them soon for my R.O Filters

Had a clogged drain and a bunch of questions and the teck Eric came out on time and was very friendly. After answering all my questions he also notified me of what is out of code and would need to be fixed before I sell the house which is a big help. Will be using them again.

I ran into Louie at Home Depot this morning looking at parts to fix my shower. I thought it was a job I could do myself but after talking to him I decided this was a job for a plumber.He told me they were working in my neighborhood and that they could stop by when they were done. Louie was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They did a wonderful job and I was so happy that I got the work done the same day. I will recommend them to my family and friends.
