Anthony was awesome! He unclogged my kitchen sink drain about an hour or so after calling the office. He stopped by at 7pm and didn't leave me hanging until the next day. Would use them again for sure.

Luis did a fantastic job fixing the water problem. He was thorough, explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. I recommend ProForce Plumbing. I hope Luis gets a raise, or at least a bonus. He was professional, knew what he was doing, and great personality and friendly.

My grandson decided to flush his SpongeBob toy in my toilet with several of his other toys. Some of the toys were retrieved earlier. But little did we know sponge bob was still hanging out causing flushing issues. Raul was able to quickly retrieve the toy in a matter of minutes while I was working nearby on a a conference call. He called me the day before and just prior to his visit to keep me updated on his arrival. He was professional and very nice. He told me what he needed to do and showed me the culprit afterwards. Great work!

We had a leaking fire sprinkler head in our house. Called in the morning, Gabriel the technician called ahead and showed up on time by 1:00. He was professional and thoroughly inspected our system. Replaced the leaking sprinkler head on the spot without any mess or trying to up-sell. Will definitely call again if we have any problems.

I called Proforce Plumbing yesterday and was put in touch with a professional - Raul. He talked me through my options amd possible solutions. He promised to schedule me an appt the next a.m. and he was true to his word. He promised to give me a call 15 mins before arriving and he did. His associate Gabe was very proficient and they took care of my problem drain and lowered my anxiety level by 100%. Give them a call and ask for Raul and Gabe.

So I was trying to fix a broken pipe myself because I’m pretty handy. I then pulled something you’re not supposed to pull on, and boom... water everywhere.

I called four places. The first couldn’t tell me the cost of emergency services. The second and third didn’t answer or call me back. Here, a friendly lady answered and told me someone would call me in 5 to 10 minutes. Anthony called in that time frame and gave me an ETA. His ETA was accurate, and I got 2 messages - one when he was 30 minutes out, and another when he was 8 minutes out. As a project manager, I’m a sucker for communication. He was kind, polite, respectful, honest, and he went above and beyond when he showed me what to do and gave me tips for the next time I decide I’m Wonder Woman and try and fix a broken pipe on my own. I do know that when I inevitably end up breaking something in my efforts, I’ll call these guys, and you should too!

Jesus was an excellent technician. Was prompt, courteous and professional! He was able to assess and correct a small issue with the fire suppression sprinkler system, in our home!

These guys are the best. Ran into a plumbing issue overnight and initially called Robins Plumbing, just to have them come out and tell me they couldn't help. Pro Force showed up and it took Gabriel all of 15 minutes to fix the issue for less than half the price I was quoted by other companies.

I highly recommend Proforce Plumbing. Gabriel was able to come out the same day and diagnose my faucet leak and garbage disposal issues quickly. Oscar and Gabriel returned with a new disposal and installed it with no problems. They were very professional and trustworthy. Would definitely use them again!

While visiting my grandma in phoenix, I realized she had a leak in her home. I contacted Armstrong on a Saturday morning. He was onsite by Saturday afternoon. He identified the leak and was able to cut and cap the line. He returned a few days layer to complete the extensive repair of this slab leak. The team we incredibly kind and helpful. It was nice to find a plumber that I could trust to walk me through the problem and solution.

We moved to the northwest valley 11 months ago and in need of establishing a relationship with a plumbing company. Our anti-syphon valve began leaking. I saw all the great reviews on Google for Armstrong Plumbing, so I called and Roger, the owner, answered the phone. I received a confirmation of my appointment in advance and when Roger was on his way with arrival time. He is professional and thorough and reasonably priced. We will call upon him again when the need arises.
