Sent a certified arborist to look at my 40 year old palm tree that had never been trimmed. Scheduling was easy and professional.
The crew had a two hour window and arrived right at the beginning time with five people, a huge mulching truck and a large man lift.
They completed the job in one hour, leaving a nice clean finished product.

When we moved to Phoenix from the East Coast a couple of years ago we had no experience with the types of trees that are common here, or with drip irrigation in the AZ climate. Since moving here we have learned a lot but were in dire need of experts. We met with Elite after they left a flyer in our mailbox because we have several olive trees that were dropping leaves. They recommended some soil treatments, programmed our irrigation systems (and will do so seasonally), and walked the property to make sure that the drippers are dripping, which they also do seasonally. The guys from Elite gave me great confidence that they know what they are talking about, that our olive trees will be okay (they have stopped dropping leaves), and that our irrigation system is and will be properly programmed from season to season.

Elite Tree did a wonderful job! Austin is knowledgeable & great to work with. Really good crew on site as well. Luv our new artificial turf. Highly recommend them.

The team was attentive to what we needed done for our Hong Kong orchid trees, and did an excellent job, and they were very fast.

The Elite crew that came to cut our 45 foot pine down were professional they knew what they were doing came and got the job done in a timely manner. They respected our property and left it very clean. You can't even see where the tree was. Would recommend this company very professional from making the first call, to the bid, cutting it down and finalizing the bill.

Been using these guys since I moved to AZ 4 years ago. Terrific customer service and they stand behind their work. Recently had a palm they installed die off due to a fungus and they came out and replaced it. I highly recommend Elite Tree!!

Austin sold us on his visions for our back yard project. I was going to get 3 quotes but didn’t because of Austin. He worked out a plan to fit our budget. He had great ideas. He also has a way about him that makes you trust him. Always available when called and all appointments were kept. I give him an A+. I will let everyone know how the project turns out and post pictures. I am now going to post pics. Everyone who comes over says they feel like they are at a resort. They are done with project and I still give them an A.

This company gave me a estimate 1/3rd the price of 2 other competitors. The workers finished the job on a large oak ground the stump and had everything cleaned up in 2 hours. Excellent experience.

After 2 cancelled appointments, they finally came to trim a huge ficus tree. Work was very good and they cleaned up, unfortunately one of the workers stepped on the pool filler cover and demolished it. I made s quick call and they apologized and replaced the cover.
I give a 4.5 of 5.

Elite Tree Service is the best. Their Arborist, Kyle gave us so much pertinent information about our trees. We had Elite redo our entire watering system the correct way. Every step of the way was professional and their staff was always on time. They gave us a secure feeling that all our landscaping needs were answered.
