Elite tree service installed a new watering system in our yard. They did a great job from start to finish. Great clean up.

Sam is clear with his recommendations and he mindful of the cost. We lost our beautiful palo Verde. Sam came out same day. He is easy to get a hold of, shows up on time and communication is great. The work is always excellent and what was promised.

Best experience I've had with any company in Phoenix. From the walk through and initial estimate, to all of the work that was done, everything was professional, competent, and efficient. The price point landed right where I hoped it would and was worth the investment. The crews performing the services were professional, polite and competent. I will use Elite Tree Service for all of my tree and plant care moving forward.

They did a major trim on a ficus for us. The tree is in a very difficult spot with a wall, a fence, a patio roof and a carport roof within inches of the tree. Fantastic job!

Austin was great. He educated me and explained the trim, soil and root treatment process in detail. I know it will take 6 months to a year to see any good results, but I can wait to see my trees health improve.

We had a very good experience with Elite Tree Service. They arrived on time, despite it being a rainy morning. They finished quickly, took all the cuttings with them and we were very happy with the job they did. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

I was impressed. Not only did they show up at the appointed time, but every member of the crew also was wearing the appropriate safety equipment. They arrived with all of the necessary equipment. Everyone knew what they were doing and the job (including cleanup) was completed quickly. The trees look great.

Crew arrived as scheduled. Workers knew the actions needed and performed efficiently. Cleanup was well done. There were some dead clippings left in the tree and some small branch tips do detract from the great shaping and reduced size that was accomplished.

The men who came to do the work were professional, friendly and courteous. I had two different things done which took two days. Each crew worked very hard and they were fast. I would definitely recommend this company,

If they give you a time frame when they're going to call don't believe it I got told that the lady had to get a phone call what's 6:30 p.m. I get a phone call at 7:00 p.m. then and once again at sometime this morning if they can't keep a time when they're going to set up an appointment who says they're going to keep an appointment I don't know how l elite they think they are but not keeping times is your big no in my book you want my business you keep your appointment
So therefore I am no longer interested in working with your company!!

I've usedElite Tree Service several years. Their name speaks for itslf. ELITE! First Class service and they aim to please. The staff is friendly and goes the second mile to make sure your are satisfied. The arborist and his staff know their business and will give your trees and oleanders and bushes the TLC they need! You won't be sorry if you call and Nevada will go over details and give you a fair price. Cameron has been professional and has made sure my work was completed to my satisfaction. I have referred Elite Tree Service to two of my friends, who are as pleased as I. Maybe you will be the third happy camper!

From initial contact through the work everyone was super helpful and professional. The estimator / company rep who came to our property, was informative and not pushy at all. Together we decided what needed to be done, pricing, and what could wait a bit.
The crew was on time, efficient and worked as a team to do the work. When finished my yard was clean of any debris and the crew chief made sure I was satisfied.

At first I wasn't sure if I would be happy but by the end I was ecstatic. I had all oleanders and cactus removed then had all rock removed and lastly, leveled out as much as possible. I was very happy with the work.

Working with Elite Tree Service has been the worst experience. I would NEVER recommend their yard rennovation services to anyone. We are working on a 20k front yard project with them and our plants are all dying because they set up the irrigation system improperly to begin with. The plants are under warranty for 1 year but good luck getting anyone to respond to you about fixing it. We have reached out to Austin, management and the owner of the company with no response. They just continue to ignore texts and emails. We are also supposed to have metal gates/fencing installed and 2 side yard gates which still haven’t been installed 2 months later. The pillars are supposed to be 36 inches for our fence and they only put in 24 inches posts which just look dumb. Several of the pavers put in were chipped from day one. Nobody has responded to our many attempts at contact and the yard remains unfinished and in poor quality. Do not use their yard rennovation services unless you want to waste your time, money and sanity.

We have used Elite Tree Service twice now, and we have been impressed both times. Their arborists that came out to give the estimate explained the needs of the situations clearly and thoroughly. The schedulers contacted us in a timely fashion. The crews worked quickly and did a great job. The professionalism of everyone involved was superb. I highly recommend Elite!

Elite Tree Service was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with their services and my trees and lawn. Have never looked any better. I will continue to use them. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s having problems with their landscaping or just want a general maintenance.

I had one dead tree to be removed, and a 3-4 story eucalyptus to be thinned before the next monsoon winds. Nevada came out and explained the process to me, and where the various cuts would be made.
The day of, Gonzalo and his crew and the crane driver were there promptly, set up and then...WOW!
They knew exactly what they were doing, how to do it safely and make it look easy--even fun. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was that they cut NO safety corners!
They left the site clean and neat, and were finished on time, too. I would recommend Elite Tree Service to everyone!

I truly had a wonderful experience with Elite Tree services not only was Kyle the arborist very informative from the beginning, but then having a partner with the Shipley design she put together a design for our hard scape features which was just as thoughtful and informative. The team came out and within four days time completed our beautiful backyard. Jacob and his team were clean and efficient. We’re very happy and I would highly recommend Elite Tree services for more than just checking your citrus trees and Landscape. Our project contained , artificial turf, pavers, and a new fire pit.

It's bad enough you are driving 25 mph UNDER the speed limit on the freeway in the HOV lane. When I am finally able to get next to you I see why. GET OFF THE DAMN PHONE WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING.
