Let me start with saying Stephan was AWESOME to work with from his initial response to after all services were completed. He was very friendly and professional from the very moment we met Not only did he communicate with an estimated arrival time but when he arrived (on-time) , respectfully wore his floor coverings booties over his shoes during the entire time (without me having to ask).
During the visit he was polite, professional, patient and answered every question I had and explained everything in detail. Never rushed through anything. I had several services performed by Stephan (carpet, grout floor tile, shower tile coloring, back-splash coloring and window cleaning).
The services made things look BRAND NEW!!!!!!!. Could not believe it. Everything from the tile, carpet, windows, backsplash, showers look AMAZING. EVERYTHING (and I mean everything) exceeded expectations. Following the services Stephan also reached out a few days later to ask if everything was okay.
If I could give more than Five stars I would. Its very well deserved. Robinson Renew (Stephan) provided the BEST service(s). I highly recommend Robinson Renew and will continue to work with them on any of my future cleaning needs and recommend to anyone. Stephan, Thank you again for everything.

We hired Robinson Renew to clean the interior and exterior of our windows and what a fabulous job Stephen did! I awoke to the shiniest most sparkly windows ever! I've experienced some health issues so just couldn't do it myself but I don't think I could've gotten them this good. It's amazing and well worth the price! Couldn't be happier!
His company also cleans tile and carpet. I may never clean a window again!!!

He’s come out two different times and both times have been great. Our cat peed on our couch recently and nothing we did was working (BISSELL was used). The smell continued to linger. Stephan came and cleaned the couch, which was basically good as new! We have two dogs and two cats. The rugs have also been through it and now look great. Highly recommend

We organized another company to come clean our lower floor and the company completely flaked after we had already moved all of our furniture and vacuumed everything! I called Stephan after I saw his great google reviews and he made time to help us out last minute! He was very professional and cleaned our house in a timely manner and did an excellent job! The last company we used a year ago left a lot of soap residue on the carpet - Stephan was able to get our carpets looking brighter and removed a lot stains from our 20 year old original carpets.
