Great price, outstanding customer service and communication, very professional and friendly staff. They were able to get all the stains out the carpet it looks new again and the tile came out perfect would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Mike and his crew were great. Thoroughly answered all our questions. We hired Southwest Carpet to clean our floor tile and rugs and the results were outstanding. Would highly recommend Southwest Carpet for anyone that needs professional floor tile cleaning in their home.

Michael went above and beyond in cleaning our air ducts. Upon finishing our entire house he noticed our dryer hose was kinked and inspected our dryer vent. It was extremely clogged and i was unaware. He brought it to my attention and was able to clean the line out and save us a potential fire. I really appreciate him doing that as he didn’t have to and could have been on his way to another customer. Amazing service!

I wish I had a before picture. I have twin 4 year old boys and a teenage girl. The carpets were covered with black streaks from one of the twins getting into mascara. A few spots from spilled drinks. Lot of marker streaks. The twins dumped an entire bottle on shampoo into their carpet. My daughter spilled candle wax in her room. Basically, the carpet was a disaster! You wouldn’t be able to tell now. Every single spot came up. The carpet looks like it is brand new again. I can’t even tell where the stains were located. They did amazing and I am so happy we called Southwest Carpet.

Mike is great to work with! He is friendly, flexible, reliable and has done a great job each time. I recently used his company to do dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning. He is very knowledgeable and assisted me in selecting the proper HVAC filters to get the cleanest air possible in this dust AZ environment. Love supporting my neighbor and his local businesses in Estrella Mountain.

Mike was so nice! He was able to come out super quickly and clean out my dryer vent. I found myself in a pinch and needed dryer vent cleaned out before I had a new dryer put in. I’m so glad I called him, he was able to get me in same day, and also helped me better understand the safety of getting it cleaned at the right frequency to avoid house fires. I’m so appreciative of him, the service he provided, and the timeliness he was able to accommodate for me.

Mike was lovely to work with and was able to get us in very quickly after a big accident from one of our dogs. He is very knowledgeable and walked us through what was going to be done. It took less than an hour to do two area rugs and a bedroom, which all came out looking brand new and even the air feels cleaner! We will definitely be using them again. Thank you Mike!

Mike was outstanding! Punctual, professional, respectful of my home and did the most amazing job on a holiday weekend. The carpets look and feel brand new. Jay was very much a professional and loved working with him on getting my windows clean. He was very thorough and he paid a lot of attention to detail. They look spectacular after being clean. My sister-in-law and wife also were impressed at his level of detail that he did go into for the window, cleaning such as cleaning out the track for the sliding glass door and window screen
