The solution he uses on your carpets smells so clean and really gets out the worst stains and odors! He really was a breath of fresh air to visit with and left my home smelling so clean!! Mike arrived promptly at our appointment time and after a short discussion about what we needed set right to work cleaning many years of accumulated stuff in our carpets. After a long talk with Mike, I felt confident in his expertise and professionalism to do the job right. I was not wrong. Mike did a fantastic job. I called Mike after much frustration with working with other companies to efficiently look at my dryer vent. Not only was Mike very responsive, by calling me back on his way from vacation but he came out on a Sunday just a couple days after!! Very good communication via phone and text, he was very polite, professional and asked all the questions prior to starting. He was thorough, went over dryer settings before hand, asked questions and went through the attic and made sure everything was processing as it should. He showed me the after collections and I was impressed. I would recommend him to all and anyone. Mike was great! New to us home all clean air ducts and filters to provide healthy atmosphere. He took care of dryer vent and gave us an estimate to clean tile grout, which we plan to do after move is complete. Highly recommend, excellent work ethic and great personality!
