Horrible experience. We hired him to clean our tile and grout and seal it. The grout, which was only 2 years old, was no visibly cleaner than it was prior to him cleaning it. It should have been steam cleaned prior to sealing it. They missed corners and along the baseboards, sealed over dirt and hair that was supposed to be cleaned prior to sealing, splashed some type of chemical on the bottom of our nearly brand new stainless steel refrigerator which we did not notice until several days later when the damage the chemical did to our 'fridge's surface began to show up. We were also told that the sealant would last about a year, yet it started peeling up in less than a week and now there's flakes all over our floor where it's peeling. He also claims to be licensed and insured, yet there is no record of him on the ROC website and he has refused to respond to our texts and calls regarding the peeling sealant and the damage to our fridge. When we complained about the poor job he did right after he completed the work, he did refund us $500 of the $650 we paid him. When we discovered the peeling sealant and the damage to our fridge and notified him, he never responded. We will now have to get estimates on having our floor stripped as well as estimates to repair our 'fridge. We are going to be filing a complaint with the ROC for contracting without a license, criminal charges with the AG's office for contracting without a license, and pursuing legal action in small claims court to recoup our time and expenses for repairing his damage.

Sunday (4/28/24) one of our kids got sick and threw up all over the carpet. I called Mike at 545pm and within 10 minutes he returned my call and said he’d be over on Tuesday morning. He showed up took care of what I thought was going to be a permanent stain. He’s extremely professional and careful as he cleans. 5 stars has to really be earned and well deserved with this great guy who had the most reasonable quote and performance. Mike gave us his Sunday appointment and a heads up 30 minutes prior. He was quick and thorough with our home as he cleaned our HVAC and a free dryer vent cleaning was included. He k Les his stuff and offered advice for keeping our system and home clean/dust-allergen free. We’ll definitely use him again when it comes to cleaning tile, etc.
