Miles, owner, and service techs were awesome. Never had a problem withe pool, equipment or water quality. When things needed replacement or repairs, they readily recommended the needed service. Their punctuality, communication and service was immaculate and perfect. Had many pool services in the past few years but none compare to Clear Touch Pool Service. Sorry to lose their service due to their restructuring. Thank you. Miles and staff.

My filter has had a small leak for awhile and we could tell it was impacting the cleanliness of our pool so I looked around the West valley for someone to help us with a new install.

Miles was very professional, responsive, patient, and he takes the time to explain. I found him when a pool company servicing my rental property stopped showing up and the tenant did not inform me that the pool was green until it was too late, I needed someone out ASAP. He drained and cleaned the pool, as well as repaired equipment. I then continued to use him to maintain the pool weekly. I receive a weekly report including a picture. When I had an issue with the pool at my residence, out of the West Valley, he agreed to come out and do a onetime inspection and took the time to recommend and explain settings on my pool. He sets the bar for customer service. I highly recommend using Clear Touch Pool Service.

When nobody could find the time to get to us till mid to end of April , this business did just that . I had explained I had emptied pool and I needed the calcification removed before I filled it back up .
Miles the owner asked for me to give him a day to move some stuff around and he would get me scheduled.
They came the very next day .
And they removed the ring and cleaned up the pool and did a great job . The guys that did the work were very nice and did their job and left everything clean .
This business is very informative and helpful . I would highly recommend them if you need repairs or restoration to your pool and services to maintain your pools chemistry.

Long story short, I planned to host an end of summer bash for local teens, pool was an absolute mess. With less than 72hrs before party time, I called Clear Touch.

Leak repaired, pool drained & acid washed with 24hrs to spare!

Clear Touch has been our pool service for the last 3 years and Miles and teamgive first class service! Whether it’s our weekly service, pool filter cleaning, or asking them questions about the pool equipment the Clear Touch team are always dependable. We definitely recommend!

The guys at clear touch pool are simply the best! From weekly maintenance to small and big repairs… they are reasonably priced and prompt on schedule.

Our pump failed earlier this week, the next day a new pump as delivered, installed and tested. Considering the high temperatures in AZ, replacing the pump quickly was critical to avoid ruining the water and continuing enjoying the pool.

I contacted Clear Touch for an estimate on a pump replacement. Miles visited to get an understanding of the layout and details. While at the house, he helped clear up some confusion I had with the layout of the system and adjust settings for more efficient cleaning. He then provided a competitive estimate for the pump replacement.

Miles installed the new pump a few days later and followed up later that day to resolve an issue with the new configuration. He then followed up again the following day to ensure everything was working properly. Excellent work and great communication.

Carlos, the owner's son has been cleaning my pool for a little over a year. I recently asked him to clean calcium around my tile on one of the visits. When I looked to see if the work had been performed in my opinion it looked like it was not touched.

I tried to call him about the situation and he indicated he couldn't talk on the phone to text him, so I did. When I pointed out the work was not performed he responded with I was treating him unfairly and did not understand why I text him in a bad way indicating that the work was not done.

From that point he ghosted me on phone calls and texts and then decided to not even show up for my cleaning the following week.
Very unprofessional, if you have a problem call and work it out with your customer's, don't ignore them because they are the reason you have a business!!

As another customer recently mentioned Carlos has been cleaning our pool for about a year. I noticed the baskets were full of leaves and dirt and even had a plastic bag in it. My salt cell was also not working. I emailed him because I knew it had been in there over a week and he had not cleaned it. There is a card he should document the date and time he comes, and he had updated it since Aug. He tried to reassure me he was coming weekly. He did show up and told me it was taken care of. Well, it was not. I went out that evening and the leaves and plastic bag was still in the filter baskets! .
