Oscar’s Cooling and Heating

I got a quote from another company before having a second opinion with Oscars. They made it really affordable and had options on the work they can do when others couldn’t. This is a case of ‘Ma and Pa’ local companies caring about their customers more than a larger, more expensive company that wants to push their very expensive products with urgency. Oscars is definitely down to earth and was a delight to work with.

Following up with their warranty is a good response time, but I had two techs come out for condensation due to an air leak— and they didn’t even want to look at the duct I pointed out. I had to cut a hole in my living room and spend a whole $5 to get the hvac tape to fix the air leak (which I knew it was) myself. I really just wish it was put in correct the first time for spending the money I did.

We’ve been clients since 2014 and have been very pleased with Oscar’s top notch service. Awesome family business with great customer service. From Diana at the front desk to their techs have been great! Gabriel being one of them. From servicing our old unit, to replacing our new AC at home and also helping us out by servicing our rental units in Tucson we wouldn’t go with a different company. HONEST service, timely, polite and reliable!! Great communication and ample notice of arrival time. Glad business has been growing and doing well for this family, they truly deserve it and their reviews speak for themselves. Just ask any Rancho resident. We all love Oscar’s company.
