We’ve been clients since 2014 and have been very pleased with Oscar’s top notch service. Awesome family business with great customer service. From Diana at the front desk to their techs have been great! Gabriel being one of them. From servicing our old unit, to replacing our new AC at home and also helping us out by servicing our rental units in Tucson we wouldn’t go with a different company. HONEST service, timely, polite and reliable!! Great communication and ample notice of arrival time. Glad business has been growing and doing well for this family, they truly deserve it and their reviews speak for themselves. Just ask any Rancho resident. We all love Oscar’s company. Trini and Edgar were fantastic to work with. They were promt and competitive with the installation. Communication was superb. Actually the whole team including the installers and office were great to work with.

They match the price of a much bigger more popular heating and cooling company in Tucson because they definitely want to the business they installed within 48 hours and so far it's been a week we've had no issues . Gabriel did a great job in determining (and explaining) what the issue was with my unit and made the repair in a timely manner. He was on time, courteous, and respectful. 5 stars all day!

Prompt and communacative. Also, I had another company come out to inspect my unit. That company used scare tactics and tried to upsell my to purchase a new system. My system is 11 years old and is only used 5 months in the winter. Oscar's recommended reasonable repairs and maintenence on my system for a couple thousand vs. replacing it with a $20,000 system. I feel they are honest and reliable.

I had Oscar's Cooling and Heating come out to my home for a diagnostic check after my AC unit stopped working. Since it was an older unit and close to the end of its life, I decided to replace it instead of dealing with ongoing maintenance costs. Oscar's gave me a very competitive price, which I accepted, and they went out of their way to ensure my new AC was installed and running the very next day.

Gio and his hardworking crew came out, removed the old unit, and had my home cool again in just a few short hours. They were professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. These guys are great—I highly recommend them!

This AMAZING company installed my AC/Heating unit in September 2024. They were very professional, very efficient and very affordable. They answered all questions and provided exceptional customer service. The installers worked diligently and they managed their time well without feeling any discomfort in the home due to the outside temperature. This summer was RIDICULOUS. And still in the 100's but thank goodness for the new AC unit!!! It has kept us cool all summer long!!!!!

Oscar’s installed a new heat pump for me which was pretty involved. They were very professional across the entire team and the new systems runs great!

Awesome company Oscar's Cooling And Heating is the best one I found, I've seen nothing but the best reviews about them. I went and purchased air conditioner and furnace from them did an awesome job. I highly recommend them. July 7th called them at 2:44 let them know my unit wasn't going off when it supposed to someone was here in an hour and checked it out told me what to do til they get my part and come back its been working since .

First dealing with this company was positive and efficient. Serviced the HVAC and supplied all information regarding status.
Signed on to their maintenance agreement without hesitation.

I texted Oscar last night, received an answer that my window was 12pm - 3pm today. Gabriel came early to fix my problem with the air conditioning unit and was done in 10 minutes. Thanks to Gabriel for being so efficient and thanks to Oscar for having excellent staff!!
