Oscar's is outstanding and my new Air Conditioner, a Trane,has been great during a hot summer here in Green Valley. Very nice people also.I highly recommend Oscars!

I am beginning my 3rd year using Oscar's for my seasonal check. They are reasonably priced and very professional. I will continue to use them and when I need to replace my system I will go right to them.

We called to have our HVAC unit serviced before heading into winter. Oscar Jr was our technician and he was great to work with. He checked everything over and explained how we could save some money by taking advantage of their twice a year service plan. We signed up and expect to see him again before summer starts next year. Had to have my thermostat replaced and Oscars came through. The unit was defective and they were quick to replace it. Gabriel especially was outstanding!!

Oscar’s has always been there for us when we needed it. Like a trusted friend you can call for help, and they always come through. They are thorough, helpful and affordable. No pressure from trying to upsell products or services that you don’t need, and never feeling like you have to second guess if something needs to be replaced. We've been working with Oscar's Cooling and Heating for over 10 years. They have made ocassional repairs at 4 different family properties over that time. A couple years ago they sold and installed new systems at our home and my brothers. Their work and customer service is extremely professional and high quality. We have found them to be the most honest, responsive and reasonably priced of all the companies we do business with.

We recently had two units replaced by Oscar's Cooling and Heating, and the experience was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. Oscar and Trini, owners, responded quickly, verified the death of one of our two 25-year-old Trane units, and gave us a bid and options on replacement. We decided to replace both, and the job was done 2 days later in one day. As a family-owned business, they truly care about their customers. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. (Edgar, Alex and Armando, Jovanni and Hector, and Cesar) The installation was seamless—they worked quickly while maintaining high-quality standards, leaving no mess behind. Mike and Oscar followed up afterward to ensure everything was running smoothly. We needed to get a new HVAC system. We went and got a couple of quotes. Why we went with Oscar’s Cooling &Heating, is how they treat their customers like family. I would definitely recommend them. Edgar, Alex, Gio, Gabriel, Trini, Carlos, and the secretary, all treated us like family during the quote, to letting them know we were going with them, and any questions we had. Best AC service by far! Oscar's team knows what they're doing. Years ago our AC broke down in the middle of summer. Oscar's was here not to long after we called. They found the problem and repaired it right away. What was awesome is that they didn't try to sell us a new unit for a small part replacement like other places do. Straight truth and to the point. Because of their honesty wanted our unit repair a year later knew we will always be in good hands. AC been working great ever since. Oscar has great service and it won't break the bank. Their technicians are super friendly. These guys are family people. You can always rely on them. For the fact that they also give a great military discount! Thank you for the amazing work!

Oscar Jr. was right on time, with ladder under his arm, and efficiently checked my furnace system. He provided photos along with both a written and verbal evaluation of the equipment. I was very comfortable with the service, and signed up for a service contract so he can return to evaluate the A/C in the spring. Great job! :-)

First and foremost I’d like to say that all of Oscar’s team are very polite, stay in contact with updates and on time. Even if you have an issue, like when our AC unit went out. Oscars came out within an hour with portable units to help us until the unit was fixed. Oscar’s team will go that extra mile to make sure your HVAC system is working like it should. It’s like flying first class, but you only pay for coach.

Yeah, we all love it when that happens. It turns out that having Oscar’s Cooling replace my HVAC system was kind of the same thing.

I knew my system was old and failing, so I got two quotes to replace it. Then, the day came when it failed. I was about to buy a new system, but two of my neighbors said, “No, wait – you have to talk to Oscar’s first”. I had a quote from them the very next day, and it was even better than the Costco quote. The day after that, they installed my new system. A week later, they came to inspect the system to ensure everything was working correctly.

I feel like I only paid for a coach ticket, but I’m flying first class. My recommendation is that if your system is old or possibly beginning to fail, call Oscar’s before the system dies. Get a proposal in advance so when the day comes, you’ll be ready to go.

Oscar and Edgar were great at providing a reasonable quote to replace our HVAC system. Installation was great! Everyone was very attentive and professional. Absolutely loved the service. Highly recommend!

I got quotes from 9 ac companies and Oscar's came in with the best price and the service was amazing. Everyone I worked with was respectful, helpful and kind. The install was done as stated and on time. I had some issues linking the thermostat to my phone app and they came out several times to help until it was resolved. I would strongly recommend.

I have dealt with Oscar’s on 3 separate occasions and all of them have been wonderful. This most recent time was for the install of a brand new HVAC system. From start to finish, they were awesome. They ended up being cheaper than some other companies that I inquired with and it was clear that they wanted my business. The installers were right on time and made sure to go over the system with me when finished. They cleaned all of my ducts and even removed an old swamp cooler from my roof and patched it up for me. You can tell this is a family run business as they make you feel like a valued customer and will do everything in their power to get things right. I recommend them to anyone in need of assistance with any HVAC needs!
