Outstanding!!! I'm talking from the time shortly after I filled out the contact info on South Mountain Window Cleaning web-site, I received the initial call, talked with Jeremiah Green to set appointment. Jeremiah came out and effectively communicated not only price but expectations. A few days later came out cleaned all windows inside and out. One word = OUTSTANDING!!

The guys were prompt and very pleasant. However I hired them to do the outside of my two story house. Two of the upstairs Windows had a cover. They washed one of them but did not attempt to clean the other. when they were done they put all of their equipment up and didn't mention they hadn't done one window until I said something about it and they told me they didn't think either of them would be able too reach the window. I was very disappointed because they didn't even try to get to the window. They gave me a small $7 discount for not making the attempt. But they could have probably gotten the window done had they come through the house and done it. But nobody bothered to even make the attempt or say anything to me about it.I spent a lot of money to get those windows clean. Had I known they we're going to leave it I would have used a different window cleaner. To add to my disappointment when I received my receipt online it was still showing that I owe the $7. I contacted the office of the young lady quickly rectified the situation but I don't think there should have been a situation

The window cleaning team was on time, courteous, and professional. They got all my windows and screens cleaned quickly and my house has never looked better! Really great service from this company. The rep did a very nice job of cleaning all windows inside and out, including a set of French doors with small panes. Very affordable pricing as well. I could not do the windows myself anywhere close to the 90 or so minutes it took him.

They did a fantastic job. Very professional. Arrived on time, cleaned my windows inside and out. Brushed my screens and put everyhing back that needed to be moved. They also changed my light bulbs that were too high in my entryway for me to change.
I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Jeremiah came out to give me a quote and figure out what I needed quickly. He got me on the schedule right away! I got multiple reminder emails and texts. Jason was my tech for the appointment and he called to see if he could come early. Fab! He did an absolutely amazing job. I can't believe our screens look as new as they do. I would definitely recommend South Mountain Window Cleaning. They are on time, efficient and very professional. They power washed the driveway, patio and cleaned by windows and screens. There was an issue with a product they used on the screens when they cleaned them against the house. When I called Jeremiah he immediately came over to look at it and was able to take care of the problem in a timely manner. I appreciate their attention to detail and also appreciate that they support the local businesses.

This company was wonderful! We had them put his morning and they showed up on time! Casey was very helpful in explaining what he could do to the windows and screens. Several of our screens are old and worn out by the sun and he recommended how to get them rescreeened. We had just moved into the house so Casey had to sift through the obstacles of boxes to get to some windows. He was nice and kind about our situation. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jeremiah was very prompt at responding to my message and scheduling an appointment. His team member Keith came early morning on a weekend (Sunday) to install lights. He was very courteous, generous and worked tirelessly for more than 2 hours putting up the lights. He even changed the light bulb in my patio at my request. My house looks beautiful and ready for the holidays. I highly recommend this team for your holiday decorations.

OMG - I don't believe I've ever done a review online but I felt compelled to do so because I was so impressed. They scheduled my appointment the same day I called. Showed up on time. Quoted me an excellent price for the work I needed. He performed the work that day. After he was finished I went to inspect his work and realized he did MORE than was agreed upon. The work was perfect! Before he would leave he wanted to make sure I was happy. The young man that showed up was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and will refer all my friends.

I found South Mountain Window Cleaning by doing Google search so I didn't have any prior knowledge about them. It turned out it was a great choice. I called on a Thursday afternoon, they tried very hard to get us on schedule. They came Saturday morning to do house-wash and Sunday morning to wash windows, outside and inside. They did excellent jobs on both tasks. We have a large house with light-color paint, over the past eight years lots of cobwebs and "mud patches" developed in many places. They washed it all out without any miss. The house is very clean now. They also did a superb job in window wash, it made us realize how clear our windows can be. All the corners are cleaned, including our french doors with many small panes. There were a few drops of water on the floor which is hard to avoid. Other than that the entire process was very neat and contained, there was no "after cleaning" needed. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
