In November 2023, Chim Chim Cheroo cleaned my chimney and dryer vent. I wasn’t at home at the time. Curtis was amazing - on time, responsive, and very helpful in suggesting some additional maintenance that I might consider on the chimney. Since I wasn’t there, he sent me texts with photos and video and called to discuss everything.

I hired him again in January 2024 to replace an external cover on the chimney clean out. He was exceptional again - even suggesting an option that would save me money.

When hiring a contractor, you want someone who is dependable, honest, professional, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and responsive, right? Curtis and Chim Chim Cheroo get an A+ from me across the board. Highly recommended!

Had Curtis (owner) help me with an issue with my fireplace and had him clean my dryer vent. His company was able to schedule me very quickly, and he was punctual, efficient, very professional. Very pleased I called them. I will use them again in the future.

Curtis came to my house on 7-28-24 and cleaned the dryer vent through the garage wall and roof vent. I also asked for a new dryer flexible hose and he installed that. He was professional; even called my cell instead of ringing the doorbell because it was very early. Within an hour he was done and making his way to the next appt. I felt the price was very fair. He was efficient and answered all of my questions. Scheduling the appt. was easy. Staff got back with me in a timely manner. Will use this company again. Thanks!

Special thanks to owner, Curtis Johnson who came to clean my fireplace chimney. I was very concerned when smoke was back flowing into the room. Curtis explained that my fire grate needed to be pushed back, raised, and to use smaller pieces of firewood. Curtis was so kind and even provided bricks he had in his truck to raise the grate. Very pleased with service and highly recommend.

If you need your chimney cleaned, Curtis “Mr. Cheroo” is your man. He was on time, fast and very knowledgeable. As it’s been some time since we had to light our pilot he got it going again for us! Needless to say we’re now members of the Chim Cheroo fan club!

Highly recommend. Curtis was very friendly and professional. Our fireplace hadn't been used in years I wanted it cleaned and inspected prior to use. He did a thorough inspection, did some minor repairs, cleaned it, and gave us the go ahead to use it. I have peace of mind now that I know it's in good shape. He also gave us recommendations on where to get firewood and what type of wood is best to burn.

Curtis is awesome. That’s all I really have to say. I just realised I didn’t leave a review after the service. He was great about setting up a super fast appointment, showed up when he said, took good care of protecting my house/keeping everything clean during his work (I was pretty awed by this), explained everything so it was really easy to understand (first time homeowner), set my mind at ease about using the fireplace if I ever need to (inspection, cleaning, rain cap/screen-and explained why you need one)

I'm a mom of 2 and I'm always stressing about the risk of fire due to clogged dryer vents. I called Chim Chim Cheroo to get a thorough clean and WOW did I learn a lot. Did you know your dryer vent goes all the way to your roof??!! Me neither. Curtis was professional, and answered all 75 of my questions. I learned a ton about my dryer and how it works and what to look for. Our dryer vent is now clean and fire hazard free and I can sleep a little better at night. I highly recommend this company.
