I cannot say enough good things about working with Integrity Mechanical. Jon, Amanda, and the crew were all amazing and easy to work with. The process of replacing my HVAC system was effortless from start to finish. They really made me feel like family and I would definitely use them again if any problems come up. I highly recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs!

The air went out at my house. I called Integrity and Jon was there in 30 minutes. I was at work and my 93 year old mother was home. As soon as Jon walked in he was taking care of my mom. He went to his truck and got a couple of cooling towels wet them and gave them too her. When I got the text from him saying what he had done, I couldn't believe it. This is the person you want to fix your a.c., he really does treat you like family.

I recently renovated my home, and I worked with several different contractors in the process. Jon at Integrity Mechanical was the only one I have since recommended to friends and family. He is absolutely fantastic, super friendly and honest, and his quality of work exceeded expectations.

We installed a new 5 ton Goodman system. Jon analyzed our current setup and recommended that we install an additional air return as well. At first I was hesitant, because I was concerned that it would create additional noise in the living room that might make hearing the tv difficult. I’ve had noisy air returns in previous homes. I trusted his advice, and after the install was complete, I was blown away by how quiet the system was. It actually reduced the noise from the original return by adding the new one, and everything now runs whisper quiet. I couldn’t be happier. The system cools my home so quickly now, and most of the time I can’t even tell it is running.

It’s hard to find good honest contractors. Jon and Amanda and the rest of the team at Integrity Mechanical are exactly that, and they’ll be the only HVAC company I use going forward.

The integrity mechanical team replaced both units on my two story house. The install crew was on time and highly professional. The price quoted was accurate, with no surprises, my house cools faster and quieter than ever before. I can't say enough good things about the service received. They also went above and beyond to make sure all the parts warranty information was submitted and correct and checked in with me after to make sure I was happy! Great job!!! Edited a year later to add that my electricity bill is about $100 less per month over the summer, and everything is still working perfectly!!!!!

I had an AC unit installed just over a year ago by another company. I had an issue that caused the AC pan to fill and cause some water damage in a couple of rooms. I had tried to work with the company that did the install but they were so bad I decided not to use them. A friend recommended Integrity Mechanical. Jon came out and did the service. He took his time and checked everything out. He took some extra time to check for a potential leak, which thankfully none were found. He did some extra work that he did not charge for. He recommended a maintenance plan which I would have done; the price was reasonable. I didn't do it because it was a three or five year plan, which was longer than I plan to be in this home. He was very friendly and personable and took time to explain things to me. I would definitely recommend Integrity Mechanical and Jon for any AC needs.

Very personable , honest , professional , reliable and friendly with my 3 pups! I am so glad I signed a 5 year maintenance with Jon. Awesome staff and service. My HVAC unit gave out I called and Jon showed up the next day then the day after a new unit was installed. I called a couple of times and Jon came out the very next day on both calls to assess. The issues were not entirely replacement unit problems but Jon helped to troubleshoot and resolve all issues. Amanda is very helpful and friendly. Happy to have this service with the very best caring staff. Thank you.

Jon and Amanda were, are wonderful! Stayed in communication the whole day. And Jon had us up and running within 20 minutes of arriving and then explained the issue to both my boyfriend and I before leaving. Good people!

Our experience with the company started with scheduling an annual service call. They were friendly and timely in getting us on their schedule. At the end of the service call, Jon (owner) provided a thorough explanation of his findings along with an honest assessment of our A/C units (2) longevity. As promised, a few days later we received a fair estimate to replace one of our units that most likely would not last through the summer. Fast forward, we now have a new A/C unit. We couldn't be more pleased with the installation. The installers were timely, professional, friendly and important to my wife, laid protective floor covering. Lastly, the next business day after the installation Jon returned and inspected the new system thus assuring that every aspect of the installation was done properly. To say that we were pleased with the whole experience would be an under statement. Would highly recommend.

Service was excellent. When scheduling he was a le to see us next day. He gave updates on his arrival time so I didn't have to wait around at home for him and miss work. He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix my AC very quickly and went above and beyond to clean the unit as well. Highly recommend!!

We were panicked when we started our AC and it didn’t blow cold air. Our experience started out great with the first call. The customer service was amazing and I felt like they genuinely cared about me and hearing what my issue was. We also got same day service, which was fantastic. Jon came out and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He was also ready and had the part needed to fix our unit. All at a fraction of the cost of what a bigger company would’ve charged us.

This is our second time using Integrity. They were able to make it out to our house quickly after a surge fried our AC unit's wiring and get us going again for a very reasonable cost. Jon was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to replace the damaged parts and recommend and implement solutions to avoid this issue in the future. He even fixed our hose and recommended an electrician for a different project. Truly above and beyond which is hard to find today. Their communication strategy is excellent and everything was exactly on time. I'll be calling them for every issue!

Jon was fantastic from start to finish. He installed an entirely new split unit for me and it is working fantastic. Jon also identified (correctly I believe) that our house was not getting enough air to the return - thus it could never really run at capacity. Nobody had ever offered that as a solution before. He increased the size of the return and already (after 1 day) I can notice the difference. The whole team was great - Danny & Amanda - and I highly recommend to anyone. I could also share with you the story of how I met Jon & Danny - they literally stopped to help me change a flat tire. Amazing people.

Truly, a company that lives up to its name, full of integrity in a world that lacks it. John is a master of his trade. He’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate in what he does. We needed to update our AC unit system and he listened to our needs and delivered on that without the pressure of upselling. After all of the 5 star reviews, they were my first choice but my husband always wants a 2nd opinion. After having FIVE reputable companies come out for an estimate on new A/C units with vent work, he chose Integrity Mechanical not only for providing the best pricing, but they also offered to loan us portable A/C units because it was during triple digit heat.
We are extremely happy with the service we received and the workers were all very friendly and respectful. They are also a family run business in Laveen and you can tell they really want to take care of their customers. Highly Recommend!!!
