I had no idea just how bad my AC system was until they replaced it. Everything is amazing now! They did a great job installing and getting everything working. It was done quickly too! A+ Customer service!

Jon is the best! Used Integrity Mechanical for 3 years, between a rental home and personal home. He's fair and honest.

The guy named Jon was a really nice guy. He came to my house late at night and told me what my problem was with the AC. He also installed this temporary portable AC unit for my dogs and wife. I can’t thank him enough because I know he has a family and still went above and beyond to help me! Thanks Jon!

John was extremely professional and helpful in explaining everything he was doing so I was able to understand. He went out of his way to help me with a couple of things I could not do myself since I am in my mid 80’s and live alone. I would highly recommend this company.

Came out on short notice to second opinion a no heat issue that a previous company stated I would need an entirely new system for, at the cost of over 10 grand. Jon determined that the prior company was not honest in their assessment and showed me exactly what the problem was, saving me literally thousands of dollars. Jon came back a couple days later with all of the replacement parts (covered under warranty, which the prior company said it wouldn't be) and stayed late to finish the repair the same day. Very thankful there are still some honest people around these days - having to repair a heating/cooling system is expensive and stressful.

We found the company, while look at reviews of others. We tried have an appointment with one of them but because of the heat wave they were a week or more out with an appointment being made. We saw that IM had an available for Sunday but the site said closed. We waited till Monday got a call and set an appointment for the next day. Jon came out and helped us with our unit and gave us insightful information and what to look out for with our unit. IM HVAC is a great small business in Laveen and we are glad we went with this family owned business.

A/C went down in the afternoon and Jon came as soon as he could. He gave me all the details I needed to make a good decision to install a new HVAC system. Amanda delivered the portable room a/c as Jon realized before I did that my dogs were struggling. It was midnight! Jon came on Father's Day and installed the new unit, fixed the duct work that was incorrectly installed and now I have a cool home once again. I could not recommend them more highly. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! You can't go wrong with Integrity Mechanical!!

I was so thankful that Jon came out so fast and charged me a really reasonable amount for what was done. He was super professional and courteous. He will be handling all my properties from now on!! It's good to have a reliable vendor.

AC started struggling to maintain 77 degrees while outside Temps were over 100. Checked my air handler and found a refrigerant leak in my attic. Made a late call after 8pm to possibly schedule a repair for the following morning and Jon made it over by 9pm the same night to get my unit back in service and running efficiently. Highly recommend his work if you want the job done right.

We will call Integrity Mechanical any time we have an HVAC need from now on. The communication, promptness, and service were top notch. Our technician even used a vacuum to clean up insulation that fell from the attic!
