Great experience! Jason the plumber is truly a keeper. Needed a main line from the meter to the house and couldn’t of been more satisfied with the quality of work for a very reasonable price. A very well qualified staff gave me options without trying to sell. I would use his services again and highly recommend that you do so as well..Thx Elm!

My daughter, Lydia, recently became a new home owner in Laveen. On Sunday evening, she called me panicked about sudden sewage waste coming through her shower. I researched and decided to explore Jason the Plumber primarily because he was located on that side of town. I called Jason anticipating no answer (it was Sunday, after all...).
Surprisingly, he did!

And even though he was on the road back to Phoenix from an out-of-town trip, he took the time and patience with me to explain and offer advisement on the particular problem. He then promised to contact me the following morning to arrange a visit to the home to assess the issue.
Still not the best part of this saga...

Later, the same evening, Jason called right after returning into town. He not only offered to make a trip to my daughter’s home, but within a short period of time of arrival there, he completely resolved the problem! Lydia was so VERY impressed with Jason’s professionalism, quality of work, pricing and pleasant personality. She is also ecstatic that she’s found her “forever plumber”... Jason the Plumber!!

Jason was referred to us by a satisfied customer. He has come to our church to fix plumbing issues twice, and we have been VERY pl;eased with his work. He keeps us up to date on the status of our job. He figures out ways to save us money. We recommend him highly!

Jason was very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. He did not try to charge for things that weren't wrong, gave an estimate up front and even gave us advise if we wanted to fix the problem ourselves ! All around a class act, I would recommend him to anyone, especially women who do not know a lot about plumbing and might be afraid of getting taken advantage of.

Jason and his staff where extremely helpful. When i called i spoke with Maria and Anthony and they answered my questions. I spoke with Jason 2 times over the phone. I explained to him my pluming situation (water heater not working)I told him i would provide the water heater and that he quoted me a price that included replacing the unit and the parts. It was vet reasonable and affordable. They asked me if my situation was an emergency, i told them i would like it done as soon as possible but was flexible. Jason told me to call him once i pick up my 50 gallon water heater. Once i picked it up i gave him a call and he said he would call me the next day with an ETA. The next day he called me at 130pm ish and arrived at my house Around 2pm. He explained to me what he was going to do and why. He answered all of my questions and before he started he went over my options again. Within 2 hours maybe less i had hot water again! I was planning on disposing my old water heater myself but Jason had it loaded on his work truck all ready and would haul it himself!!! Other plumbers charge for the haul of the old unit. I really hope i don’t have any other plumbing issues - however i now have someone i can count on and trust. I highly recommend Jason the Plumber. He is a master of his craft!! Thank you.

Jason the Plumber was wonderful. I had an emergent need for a plumber on a Sunday after I woke up to my back flow valve and copper piping missing/ stolen. My water was completely shut off and I was scrambling to get it fixed. I called Jason the Plumber and was helped almost immediately by an answering service. The technician was busy at another clients house and responded shortly after. He provided a fair price for labor and parts. He fixed it within a few hours. I would definitely you Jason the Plumber in the future.

Jason is the freaking man! Always comes at the drop of a hat and does phenomenal, fast work. He has replaced entire shower kits, fixed washer plumbing and replace the pipes bringing water into our house. All with a smile and an awesome price! Could not recommend him more!

Jason is amazing I have been using him for YEARS. We moved in to a house a few weeks ago, the plumbing was terrible, we had fecal matter coming out of our drains. Jason came out the same day and did a fantastic job. He was neat, clean, personable and fast! He also has incredibly reasonable rates! My wife and I are thrilled and will definitely keep him in mind and recommend him for all your plumbing needs!

Jason worked fast and efficient and is a very nice person. My main house shutoff leaked and not only did he fix it quickly, so we could have our water back on, he improved they layout to where our sprinklers were connected. He went above and beyond. I’m impressed with his skill and knowledge.

Jason The Plumber has the upmost professionalism and dedication to his job. We have hired him for two jobs so far and we are so satisfied with his work that he is now our go-to plumber.

Also, Jason is not greedy like the big companies who endlessly try to up charge you and sell you things you don’t need. He is a master craftsman who knows exactly how to fix your problem and will never rip you off like the big companies (P&S). One of the largest plumbing companies in Phoenix wanted to charge us $1,200 for a high-pressure regulator and Jason charged us a third of that. I highly recommend him, he’s very fair with his pricing but also provides high-quality services.

Jason is amazing! He is the most reasonably priced plumber I've ever worked with, and he is honest about what needs to be done. He is really responsive to text messages, and was able to come out quickly. I've never had this level of customer service before, and I would highly recommend utilizing his services!

Jason is truly the man to call for all plumbing needs. My sprinkler systems flooded my backyard late in the evening. I found Jason online and called immediately. I'm so glad I did. Jason came and was able to fix my sprinkler system from pouring out water. He then took the time to explain to me what happened and what he did to fix the issue. I’ve used Jason multiple times! Jason is the best and very honest and thorough. Over thanksgiving weekend Jason was out of town, so I had no choice, but to call another company “Chris the Plumber”. I was very disappointed with their work. My drain clogged two days after they came, immediately after running my dish washer. I called Jason to clean up their mess and he fixed it quickly! Jason will be the only plumber I use moving forward!

I feel truly blessed to have called Jason with my plumbing problem instead of another company! He gained a loyal customer and advocate of his business today! I had gotten myself into a bit of a mess attempting to change out all the trim in my shower and tub after hearing a inner component crack I decided it was time to call a professional and that’s exactly what I got!
Jason answered right away when I called and explained he was booked for the day but could find time to swing by and give me an estimate within a the hour! True to his word he was at my door in a hour! He was kind, friendly professional and had vast knowledge of information. Jason took one look at my mess and he didn’t take advantage of my situation or wallet! Luckily for me he had enough time in between appointments to tackle what I had started and also kind enough to give me some pointers to educate me on it. Jason the Plumber never responded nor replied just ignored me. How do you have such great reviews?

Jason the Plumber, LLC is the real deal! This is the fourth time I’ve used Jason and his team, and they continue to impress every single time. Most recently, he replaced my water heater and all the lines — not only was the work top-notch, but he also saved me nearly $500 on the project. He worked quickly, professionally, and went above and beyond, especially when my insurance company failed to come through. It’s rare to find someone this reliable, honest, and skilled. I’m really thankful for all the help Jason and his team have provided over the years. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs — I’ll definitely keep calling them!

W were referred by a friend to try Jason The Plumber. I called him and told him what we needed, and was given a price. I texted him a short while later to ask if he could schedule a time and was told he would get back to me that evening. When I hadn't heard back from him by 8pm, I sent him a reminder text, and still no reply. With no reply the next morning either, I found somebody else way more responsive and professional.

I did some research on Jason and found that he had no recent reviews anywhere, and the older ones were not very flattering.
Oh, and several websites mentioned that he wasn't licensed!

I would not recommend this guy based on my experience.

Jason installed new bathroom faucets for me. He is very professional, done an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him for all plumbing needs.

Jason the Plumber is absolutely amazing!! My Moen home bathtub faucet was broken and spewing water. Jason arrived within the hour and astutely fixed my faucet.
