ICF Specialist was a top notch contractor in every way. They were very professional from the owner, Secretary, and installers. My project was in Tucson - The crew showed up on schedule, got my walls up in one day and returned two days later, after inspection approved to pour my ICF. They returned to Phoenix that same day, after completely cleaning job site. I would recommend them to anyone building ICF. Thanks again for a great job. Saved me alot of time and money.

We were so happy with the ICF crews, the quality & attention to detail and customer service...with exception of Lydia, their in-house plan designer. If I was rating Lydia, I would give zero stars, and if it weren't for how terrible her performance was, I would give ICF Specialist 5+ stars. It took Lydia 14 months to complete our drawings (2-story, 600 sq ft each floor) that she said in the beginning would take 2 months and when construction started, we found countless major errors (one example, the electrical load calculations were clearly cut and pasted from a different set of plans and not ours) and we provided inspiration drawings and specified that while we were okay with changes we loved the pitched roof of the example but yet she provided flat roof plans. Because it took 14 months to get that far we accepted with the flat roof because we didn't have 12 more months to wait for changes!! The engineer they used, James Lane, was FANTASTIC!! The ICF crews were professional and did great site clean up daily. We plan on using ICF Specialists again for our next project but will definitely seek out independent plan designer/drafter.

ICF Specialist installed the basement and exterior walls for our home using an ICF system. They did a great job, left the jobsite clean, walls were straight, and worked consistently to get the project done. I really appreciated working with them and hope to use them or refer them for another project.
