I have used four times at my home. Last time for a replace gas water heater. He was the lowest bid and he replaced and installed on a Sunday!

Rich Varnum is a great plumber. They replumbed our house years ago. Very good work, prompt, clean and dependable.
Rich recently came to finish a job that a Precision plumber would not complete. In and out in an hour.

Hot Water Heater Replacement – After ten years my old heater sprung a leak. I located Rich Varnum Plumbing on the internet. I contacted Rich early on a Friday morning and he asked type (gas) and capacity (50 gallon) of my old heater. Then promptly provided a fair price and the only contingency add on was for replacement inlet valve and copper flex hoses. He advised he could replace it on the same day, but I elected for Saturday morning service call.

Rich arrived on scheduled with a modern well equipped service truck and promptly went to work with the heater replacement. His appearance and work methods were efficient and very professional. In a timely manner the new replacement hot water heater was installed and leak checked. He hauled away the old heater and cleaned up the work location.

I tried using this company however it was difficult getting a hold of the plumber. He answered text messages a whole day later and treated calls the same. He finally came out, quoted the job then never showed up for the repair. He just became a no call no show. Thanks for nothing

We recently had our floors redone and one room updated was a guest bathroom. Therefore needed the toilet reset. We were referred by our flooring company to Jesse the owner of 'At your service". His response to our phone call was prompt and helpful indicating he could arrange his schedule whenever we needed. He did exactly that. Arrived at the time he indicated and had the toilet reset in nothing flat. Extremely professional and polite. Having recently moved here from Northern Ca we have now found our plumber. 5 stars all around!

I called Aaron when we had a leak in one of the pipes in our bathroom. He came out right away and repaired everything quickly and professionally. They did their best to accommodate my call, were early which was wonderful thorough and very reasonable. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and were great with my tenants, along with educating them.

Lisa is the worst at customer service. Looking at their address it looks like they work out of their home and not an office or warehouse. The level of service I received probably should have been expected since this is not a professional company.
