Normally I would rate higher, but when replacing my toilet flange the toilet I purchased did not fit and I was told to get a 10 vs a 12 due to the wall length for the fit. The flange should have been an offset, rather than returning the toilet and not having what I wanted. I now have a lower toilet when I wanted a high one. Home depot should not have had to inform me, my plumber should have installed the right flange. Not super happy.

We needed to get a 24/7 plumber out here in the middle of the night because we found a leak while looking for a 24/7 plumber we found Drain Squad and they were able to come out immediately and stop the leak I was very impressed with how fast they got there and how fast it got fixed. Really professional and knowledgeable would use again.

On schedule. Very professional. We recently moved into Arizona and they were very caring and concerned to get everything done the same day the movers arrived. They worked around the chaos and got it done. DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE! Richard was great.

They are awesome! Raymond is simply the best. You can tell in short order, when speaking to him, that he knows his stuff from many years of experience. This isn't some guy that's been hired and then taught to clear drains. He gets the job done and he always lets me know in minute detail if and any issues he found, any difficulties encountered and what that could mean. If its something that could be worsen later on, options are presented so I can make an informed repair decision in the future. He always cleans up after he's done.

This company is awesome. They replaced my hot water heater on a SUNDAY, then when it didn't work properly they didn't stop until a new one was installed and I had hot water. They are pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and left the area as clean as when they arrived. I highly recommend their company.

We have used Drain Squad on a number of occasions. Our toilet was wobbling. Drain Squad came out and took out the old bolts and put on new ones, and didn't charge us. They are courteous, polite, knowledgeable and will help you anyway they can. I highly recommend Drain Squad!

Drain Squad understood our urgency, fit us into their busy schedule, and had technician, Paul Perez, on site the same day! Their service rates are phenomenal. The reports were submitted to the city very quickly and we were able to schedule our inspection without causing opening delays.

I would highly recommend not using this company. I had a poor experience just recently. I have a property in escrow scheduled to close on 1/3/23. I requested a quote for sewer pipe repair for this home on 12/15/22 and told them about the pending home sale. Drain Squad scheduled an appt for the following day, but then cancelled the appt and requested the inspection report that provided details of the sewer scope. I provided the report on 12/15/22 and was told that a technician will review it and get back to me.

The following day I was told that a site visit was not needed and that I needed to provide a video which shows that depth and location of the root instruction. On 12/16 I provided videos that showed these details.

By 12/20/22 I had not heard anything so I reached out only to find out that nothing had been done the last four days, as they were having trouble viewing accessing the videos but neglected to mention this. My realtor got involved and got Drain Squad access the videos on that same day, 12/20/22.

Then three more days pass, and I reached out again on 12/23/22 to remind Drain Squad about the upcoming closing within 10 days and once again request the quote. I received a response that essentially said that the repairs are too complicated, they still needed more information, the repairs will be too expensive, and that they had no availability for the entire following week to address the repair. They also suggested I call Roto Rooter or a few other competitors instead.

I was mainly upset because of the 4 days that went by when there were issues with the videos, and the 3 days that went by after the videos were provided. This is 7 crucial business days that were wasted for whatever reason. At that late juncture I was forced to find another contractor to perform a high priority fast tracked service that would be very costly. I had no time left or ability to get competitive bids and had to settle for another contractor. This new contractor was able to read the inspection report, review the videos, and provide a quote within an hr.

I have used Drain Squad for years for assorted problems at different locations and they are always responsive to my needs and do a good job. Raymond is the tech that has been out keeping things in good running order for us and he is very nice to deal with, and very aware of what the problem is, and what the cost will be. This is not always the way with other plumbing companies I've used in the past. Will continue using Drain Squad.
