They do a great job and pay attention to what our specific needs are. Everything gets done quickly and efficiently. Super happy with everyone that’s been here to clean for us.

Horrible. They were supposed to come in for a deep clean but I can't even tell I had them come in and clean at all. Three of them showed up. Floors obviously weren't cleaned, carpets weren't vacuumed, no tables were wiped down except the kitchen and dining room. Baseboards were definitely not cleaned. Basic 101 cleaning wasn't done lol. I definitely got scammed. They offer to come back if you're not satisfied, but I'd rather just hire someone else who will come in and clean things the FIRST time. Super disappointing and it kills me to leave bad reviews but hopefully I can prevent someone else from being scammed.

Used for a deep clean on a vacant home. They came, did the job, and were out- they made everything super easy. Impressed by the detail and how thorough they were! Would recommend. Thank you Maids!

I stand behind my bad review, you never spoke to me prior missing my appointment. It was always after the fact. Twice I was burned by the schedule in the same way. No call no show. Not until I reached out did I hear about a reschedule. I have a way better service not, have for a year. They are alwayss in time and extremely professional. I pay way less to. Glad your service did not work out.
Extremely unprofessional. Twice I had scheduled an appointment and twice I had to find out why they were not at on home on time. Going with another service that can be relyed upon. It is ridiculous how bad their scheduling is.

Richard and his team did a great job cleaning our home. We will definitely use this company going forward. I highly recommend them.

We have been their customers since late 2021. We are and have been very pleased with their organization skills in thoroughly cleaning the whole house, and taking the extra steps to make sure everything is done well. Very friendly staff, don't be afraid to ask 🤗. There's usually at least 3-5 per team, so they're done in less time, quickly and efficiently, leaving more "free" time for You and yours😊. Yesterday 4-7-2025 , the **Team Leader** was very attentive and well organized..and the TEAM even did walk-thoughs to make sure all was wonderfully clean. After the cleaning, they also did our requested clean of all windows inside and out. great Job A-1 !! It's wonderful to look outside and see better for it. Thank you Maids of Maricopa!

Have used them the last 3 months and I'm very pleased with the service and the teams that come out so far. I recommend getting maid service at least once a month if you can budget for it. Those deep cleans make a huge difference

Team yellow is great.

They forgot an entire room. Paid beforehand trusting them and they didn't do a good job at all. I still can't believe they forgot a room and left without saying anything. Do not recommend. I will be calling them today.

They have been wonderful to work with. They clean my moms apartment at her independent living community and she adores her staff. They came recently after she had to put her beloved puppy friend down and they told her how sorry they were to hear it and gave her a hug. What a warm personal service they offer and she loves how her place looks when they leave. THANK YOU

This is my second time using The Maids, they are quick and efficient. I’ve been very pleased with their service and scheduling an appointment has always been easy.

We contacted The Maids about a week before Thanksgiving. We were having guests over and needed a little last minute help with the housecleaning. They were able to schedule us on the morning before Thanksgiving and on that day, four happy, friendly, energetic people, arrived on time (Team Yellow, led by Hannah) and did the best job cleaning our house I could’ve imagined. Because there were four of them they spent a shorter amount of time in our house and that was perfect for me to get on with the work of preparing for guests the next day. I could not have been happier with the service. I would recommend them highly!

This team was outstanding! They did a great job on cleaning my entire home including the refrigerator. They put clean sheets on both beds, and got rid of the dust under furniture and in crevices, wiped down cabinets, etc. No detail was left unnoticed and they went above and beyond expectations. I will continue to use them and am well satisfied with their performance.

We had The Maids clean a home for a sick friend who fell really behind on up keep. Their team came in prepared, organized and were really efficient. I recommend The Maids if you are looking for a professionally trained company who understands what clean really means.

I was most impressed by the respect and kindness that the leader of the team showed to the people she was directing. This speaks volumes to me of the way that this company takes care of its people and therefore equates to how it’s they’re going to take care of me. The team did a good job in spite of what they were faced with, I had to have an abatement on a portion of my home, so there was dust from that as well as months of not being able to clean. Would definitely hire them again.

The Maids just left our Home leaving at sparkly and shiny and just fantastic. We love it that they show up every two weeks and take care of things that we don’t like to do.
