Had them come clean my couch and they were FAST! They did such a great job! I highly recommend them! They were responsive and fit me in after my daughter drew on our couch with permanent marker😭 they are so kind and did such a wonderful job! Give them a try!!

Would hire them back any day! Quick to respond when I first reached out, was available when I needed and had great customer service. I appreciate their quick work and will recommend them to anyone who asks if I know someone who does carpet cleaning.

This is the A team! I first called them out to clean the grout. The kitchen area was pretty dark so I was hoping it could be lightend up. I let them know that others said it couldn't be done. Dave pretty much gave me a smile and showed me that the others were wrong. The tile came out great. I called them back to do the carpet where one bedroom had a small paint stain, maybe nail polish. I told them I don't expect that to come out and I was amazed that all that is left is a hint of where it was. That's a win! Prices are great, and they are very easy to schedule and work with.

This is the BEST company to call for your carpet cleaning needs. On time! The work performed was phenomenal. Super fair pricing. David and Suzy are awesome people and I won’t even think of calling another company ever again

Just had my carpets done for the first time. Amazing! Great quality work, my carpets look fantastic, and the customer service is top notch. Dave and Suzi are sooooo nice and they don't charge an arm and a leg like the previous company I was using, and they did it all in a fraction of the time the other company did! I'll never go back. I'm gonna have them come back to do my tile soon. 😍

They do great work! The only company I trust to clean my carpets. I've moved countless times and have had them come clean the carpet and tile each time. Recently they cleaned my sectional and it looks brand new again! Not only do they do amazing work, Dave and Suzi are such lovely people. Cannot recommend them enough!

Hello. There people. I will show you the pictures how they clean the floor and after that they spray the sealer can. It don’t last long and it came back to dark color on the grouts. Not a professional job. I am sad and waste the money. Beware of this company

The overall customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I scheduled this appointment a week in advance with a confirmed arrival window of 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. However, on the day of the appointment, the arrival window kept being pushed back—first to 1:30 PM, then to 2:00 PM, then to 2:30 PM, and finally to 3:00 PM. Despite these shifting times, the technicians did not arrive until after 3:00 PM, well past the original scheduled time and even beyond the latest estimate they provided.

When they arrived, they noted that the AC unit had been turned off, which had been done by the cleaning crew the day prior. After briefly turning the AC back on, they left to attend another job, further delaying service. By the time they returned and actually began the work, it was after 4:00 PM—nearly 4 hours later than the original appointment window.

Upon returning, the technicians were unprofessional and rude toward both myself and the others present. They attempted to argue that I had never agreed to the original 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM time slot. I showed them the text message where they had sent me the scheduled window, but they continued trying to prove that I had never agreed to it. At that point, not wanting to waste any more time arguing, I told them to just proceed and get the job started.

While the work was eventually completed, the experience was incredibly frustrating due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and blatant disregard for the customer’s time.

Dave and Suzi did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. Not only are they delightful people, they are professional and efficient. Scheduling was easy and their customer service was outstanding. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Will definitely call them again the next time I need their services. You won’t regret giving them a call.

They coordinated the timing around the resident’s dementia and best time of day, and they went the extra mile to allow us to get her out of the house to reduce her stress — even though that meant more work for them.
