The service i got from the tech was great. It was one call for two appliances and I did not know they were going to charge for each appliance.

Dispatch called me early to put my dog up. He got here. He was very polite. He came in and fixed the part right away. Explain what he was doing. There was an extra part they sent it back. The parts looked like the same old part that was bad I had a problem with the refrigerator drawer and he fixed that up and beyond a normal service call !!!
