We are stuck with this repair company b/c Spencers sells an extended warranty package with an exclusive provider, but then they remove all accountability from everyone. We've been attempting to get a fridge repaired for 6 months with no success and no resolution. They have come out 3 times to fix an ice maker on a 1.5 year old refrigerator, and the issue still isn't resolved.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Stephanie is rude and condescending. Been waiting since 12/1/22 for service to my washer and dryer. After no-showing 12/1/22 the tech came on 12/3/22. He said he had to order the parts and gold wing will call me on 12/9/22. Nobody has called me. I’ve called to follow up. On 12/21/22 Shawn said he was getting an ETA and would get back to me. On 12/30/22 I asked for an update and Stephanie said to call her on 1/7/22 to schedule service. I called today and she could careless parts are not there and the managers request for eta has been ignored. This is wayyyy too long to go without an every day practical need. I will never buy another thing at Spencers since this used this awful facility.

I would not recommend Goldwing Appliance. They are dishonest and unreliable. They came out to repair our refrigerator, charged us $85.00 for a service call and the repair man said he would have to order the part. A week went by with no response, called and they finally came out with the part to right side of the door, instead of the left. He said he would have to order the part. Another week went by, no response, called, the employee said she would have the repair person call us. We waited a few days, no response, called again. The employee said they didn’t make the part anymore. I asked her to have the repair man call us. If they make the right side, why not the left. We waited a few days, no response. I got on the internet found the part in less than 5 minutes, ordered, and had in two days. Went on YouTube to see how to replace. Repaired in less than 3 days myself. We waited 3 weeks with no response or repair.
I would recommend to Spencer Appliance to find another repair company, Goldwing employee’s are not qualified or reliable. Very dissatisfied with their service, would not recommend to anyone.
