No Limt pools finished our pool in 30 days, they set a time and marc sticks to it. He has the connections and crews to get it done ASAP.

spent a lot of money for this pool and was told there would be communication and supervision , very little of that occurred, unless to pick up a check, there was no quality control at all, no detail work, and when given a list and promised supervision would happen that didnt occur either, my advise dont use them , to much ego and not enough knowledge in there work, make sure you no who the real license holder is in this company , this coming from a contractor who had thought they had done enough research on the subject .

Saw a driver for these guys moving 70 down ray road in eastmark today. I can imagine they perform their work with the same level of responsibility. If you like your roads safe in your neighborhood don't hire them to do work.

Great company! Very happy with our new pool and spa. These guys started our pool on August 19th and it was finished on September 12th. Amazing! Highly recommend people, you won’t be disappointed.

Have a friend in the Gold Canyon area who had this outfit install a pool, after several leaks they fixed their mistakes, and finally repaired. Recently another leak occurred by the water feature and they refuse to fix it. I thought about using them, but after that fiasco, no way. They are slow to get back to you when problems occur, maybe it was just a bad stretch of being too busy, but that's on them.

I have never been so Happy about a Pool. This is the third pool I have built and by far the Best. The Customer Service was off the top and from start to finish the process flowed. I went from dirt to pool in 27 days. I highly recommend No Limit Pools & Spas. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Thank you for the Great Job!!!

Had our pool built nearly 3 years ago and still love it!! Impressed by the speed No Limit came out to do a warranty repair (minor repair needed in a few tiles due to expansive soil.) Highly recommend building a pool with No Limit!

We were looking around for a pool and had several companies supply us with quotes. We put the pool process on hold. We saw an advertisement for No Limit Pool & Spas in the booklet of adds in the mail. We called the company and spoke with Marc. He came out and we told him what all we wanted. Marc came out and explained the quote and the products that his company offers. Which I really liked as everyone else sent us an emailed quote and the break down which made no sense to me as their product was not explained. Just pretty much a bill and tell me when can they start. We were explained in person the breakdown of the quote when it was available. We then said we will be in contact and there was no pressure and no daily calls/emails asking for our decision. We then called and stated we were ready to pursue with his company. We had a few changes in the quote and there was no hassle to try and upsell and persuade us to stay with the original quote.

We were then quoted a 4-6 week build time. That following Monday, the pool was outlined in our back yard and we were pending the license from the city. That Thursday the hole was dug. Every day during the week there was someone at our house working on the pool. There were no days in between that someone wasn’t there to do something to the pool. From the day the hole was dug to the day we were swimming was less than 3 weeks. Due to them having someone out there everyday verses several days in between with no one there is why they could complete in such a timely matter. I watched the process and there were no shortcuts being taken. His crew took their time and did it correctly the first time. The crew was very friendly and said hello every morning when I saw them and never made a mess of things. They did what they were there to do daily and cleaned up for the next piece of the pool to be completed. We did already have landscaping in the back yard and they moved and replaced what they could. I never had to question anything out of the normal pool process. Our block wall was only down for a day which I loved as I wasn’t fond of having an opening to our backyard for the full process like I’ve seen others do. Everything daily met our expectations. After final inspection for all of our outside doors, which was done on a Friday, they were there on Saturday doing the pebble (which was very interesting to watch) and water was added and filled by Sunday night. Monday they came and added the chemicals and we were swimming that night.

After the water was added and chemicals put in, Marc came over and explained everything that we needed to know about how the pool system works and stayed to make sure that we understood. It’s nice to actually work with the owner of the company and not sales people who come and go and need training. It’s their product that they use everyday and actually know the in’s and out’s. Marc kept us posted on the whole process and we knew everything that was going on. I felt like this was not just a business he was running, it is his passion and takes pride in his work and his crew. We are so happy with our decision to go with this company and would use them over and over again.

Our backyard oasis turned out way beyond our expectations! We have had so many compliments! Granted, we were fairly firm with our pool/spa size/layout, water feature, water line tile, ledgestone, PebbleTec choices, travertine and barbeque island. Marc was flexible on this! As promised, from dig to water, less than four weeks! Great workmanship and professionalism on the part of his staff. Follow up has been amAZing. Back everything they do! A special thanks to Heath! My entire experience from start to finish with the entire No Limit team was professional, honest and knowledgable. My pool turned out exactly as I had always dreamed and done so on time and on budget. My neighbor went with a competitor that started sooner and finished well after our pool. Mark the owner of No limit, were very considerate and kind in helping me taking care of a pool leak. Though the pool was out of warrant for an year, he responded well l, owned up to a pool he built, and throughout the repair process kept track of things and sent the right people at right time to handle the job, as though it was all still in warranty. Not once I felt he and his team were taking advantage of my limited knowledge in the subject.

I wanted to share my experience with No Limit Pools to assure anyone looking to build a pool or spa, that deciding to break ground with them will not be a mistake. Not only are they knowledgeable experts, but they are honest, quick and hassle free. You will not have to call them several times hoping they come start work or worrying if they'll be back to finish the job. I dealt with the company all on my own, my husband left the entire project up to me.
Marc Ballard was referred to me from a friend. Marc happened to also be my neighbor. He quickly responded to my call and talked me through the process. I had previously met with another pool builder and I wasn't sold. After talking with Marc he made suggestions to me that the other builder had not, such as going with travertine instead of pool decking, because of the longevity and cooler properties of the stone. Pool decking constantly cracks and gets hotter. the price was comparable and seemed the better choice. Esthetically it looks better as well. Also, he told me they only design with pebble tec, which lasts for years. The other company I met with was going to have me use a white plaster that would only last a few years.
He responded to all my texts and emails promptly no matter what time of day. When I accidentally messed up a meeting time, he called me and said he would wait the twenty minutes for me to arrive.
A very nice designer named Dave met with me and showed me designs on his lap top so I could visually see from all angles. He gave me helpful suggestions and designed it exactly how I envisioned. I built my pool around my needs to want a rectangular contemporary lap pool with a large baja step at the entrance for my three year old to play and another shorter baja step at the other end for her to swim from one end to the other. He assured me that I could always add and change things before they ordered supplies.
When it came time to order the pebble and tile and nice gentleman named Heath, was able to help me choose the perfect pebble with beautiful iridescent pieces of stone that sparkle in the sun. I wanted a mosaic tile and he was able to help find me the perfect color pattern to match the pebble.
Everything took three weeks after they got the permit. Amazingly, the excavator was there before the hoilday, so I would have to wait till after the long weekend.
I know my neighbors that went with other pool companies waited months for theirs to be finished. My family and I were able to enjoy the pool all summer.
I wanted to wait to write my review till after the monsoon season had started so I could rate their in-floor cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it cleans. It was the best investment in the pool design.
I want to thank Marc, Dave, and, Heath for such an amazing job on the pool and stress free experience. My body as never been in better shape from all the swimming. There is nothing more relaxing than swimming under the stars at night either.

My wife and I discussed building a pool with 3 other builders before we decided to go with No Limit Pools. Our decision came down to several key reasons, including lots of great reviews across Facebook, Google+, the BBB and other various sources, but ultimately came down to dealing with Marc and the responsiveness of the company.

I'll admit, we were really nervous at first. I mean, who wouldn't be spending this much money and trusting a company to follow through with whom you hadn't much experience with before?

All those fears were laid to rest quickly. Marc said our pool would be done in about 3 - 4 weeks. I snickered at first, but when the ground breaking began, it didn't stop. This was a major project, but was the least stressful thing I've ever been involved in. Marc was out almost everyday at the job making sure everything was completed properly for the day.

Marc would explain each leg of the project, then we'd see that executed as he had stated.

All in all, we went from ground breaking to swim trunks in 3.5 weeks. There were a few things that needed buttoned up that Marc and Jimmy were able to get squared away for us. No Limit Pools went above and beyond with the pool and the features we received.

Now we have our landscaping completed and really got to enjoy the pool for the last couple of months before the cooler weather kicked in. Now we really can't wait for the weather to kick up again!

To have a pool of our own was a dream of ours for over 10 years now, but finding the right company was like choosing the right pediatrician for your child.

We had heard of various not-so-great experiences with other major pool building companies, and were a bit hesitant in seeking out their service in building one for us. This is a huge investment for us, or for anyone in that matter, and we wanted the right company for this project. It wasn’t until we saw a sign for “No Limits” pools and spas in the front yard of a family member’s property that reignited the desire to have a pool of our own.

After asking various questions on the build process, the experience, and what kind of warranties were offered, we knew that No Limits would be the best fit us. They even have an A+ rating with the BBB.

From the design, excavation, installation of the plumbing, electrical, shot-crete, travertine, and interior materials for the pool, the quoted lead time on the pool build was 4-6 weeks from the day the permits were received. No Limits held true to this. If there was anything wrong, No Limits resolved those issues immediately. As a bonus, they also monitor and take care of the pool for an additional 30 days after build, which is extremely helpful for those who don’t know much about taking care of pools (like us).

I just wanted to say “thank you!” to Marc, Heath, Dave and team for patiently walking us through this process and for building us the pool of our dreams that exceeds our expectations. We know we made the right choice and look forward for the memories ahead.

Marc from No Limits Pool just completed our new pool and we couldn't be happier with the results. The quoted time for completion was 4-6 weeks and our pool was completed in just under 4 weeks. Marc met all scheduling promises and kept us well informed of next steps. He and his crew completed this project with very little disruption to our normal lives as me and my wife work out of our home. They also kept the construction debris to a minimum and as a result our home did not have that "under construction" look to it. As a result of our experience we highly recommend No Limit Pools.
