Beware scam company. Guy in blue shirt shows up and takes a photo of circuit box. Said he was a contractor for APS which is not true. List of complaints against them on BBB website. Business phones all disconnected so impossible to contact them. Call police if they won't leave.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Their sales people keep coming to my door and for the last year (after installing no soliciting and no trespassing signs) I have repeatedly asked them to stop to no avail. They also do not answer their business phone so i think they may not even be a legitimate company. However, this HORRIBLE company will not cease or desist. My next conversation will be with the AZ State Ombudsman (as well as the BBB) as I believe this company is trying to strong-arm senior citizens.

Seriously, this company has an amazing program. When they said I could reduce the electric bill by 30%, without having to pay anything out of pocket, AND by going solar...i thought "theres no way". I had to see for myself how the process works because, honestly, I did not believe that you could get a solar system without some sort of loan. After seeing for myself that the program works, genuinely dropping my bill by a couple hundred bucks, and with how fast the whole process is, I don't understand why everyone isn't doing this! I'm telling you...just sit and see how the process works and you'll be upset you didn't do it sooner.

The company is a scam, there is no phone number for the company which would tell me they are no longer in service. We have two no soliciting signs one by the garage as well as one on the front door. Were told by a different sales person that if you only have one on your door then they can walk to there and it not be soliciting so we added the other. We have told these people over and over again to stop coming to our house. No matter how many times they are told almost weekly a person will show up telling us how they are with APS and wanting to switch out our meters. Today a guy came to the door and when told to go away he kept talking, went to get my phone and walk out to get a picture of the car he was in (a blue Tesla) he ran out and jumped into the passenger seat and they spun their tires and flew out of the neighborhood. If this was a legit company why would they have someone driving them around and why would they decide they needed to speed through streets with kids around so a person cant get a picture of their license plate. They are a scam and just trash.

We have had solar for two years in Arizona and I am super happy that it has lowered our bill down to almost nothing. I am happy we have had no problems with solar! thank you power connections and Shane!

I would HIGHLY recommend Power Connections to install solar panels for my family and friends. I'm writing this review in response to the large number of scammy & misleading solar companies appearing on local news team investigations across the US.that are tricking and misleading. It is one of the good guys.

Overall it was professional, transparent, communicative, and installation days were fast & efficient.

Listen up, people, because I've got something important to say about this Power Connections Solar Company in Mesa, AZ. They're a total disaster, the worst of the worst. They come pounding on your door like it's some kind of emergency – can you believe it? It's not only ridiculous, it's downright dangerous. We're talking about a serious safety issue here, especially with the brave veterans in our neighborhood, many of whom suffer from PTSD. These guys are playing with fire, and in a 'stand your ground' state, that's the last thing you want to do.

And their lies – oh, the lies! They claim they're working with APS, but that's just fake, so fake. They're just there to push their solar panels on you, and their tactics? Totally shady. They don't care about rules, about respect, about safety. They ignore doorbell cameras, 'No Soliciting' signs – it's like they think they're above it all.

And then, the guy Jose shows up at my door, lying straight to my face. Says he's just checking my equipment. Caught him red-handed, and he starts pitching their program. So dishonest!

These guys aren't just bad for business, they're a menace. You've got to stay away from Power Connections Solar Company. Warn everyone you know. These guys are not just bad news – they're a catastrophe waiting to happen. And we, the good people, we don't need this kind of trouble in our lives!

We had a great experience with having our solar system installed. The team was on time and professional. Installation took about half a day and looks great.

They have been calling me daily (I ask to be removed every time) and I did not request their services or any solar services. The last one was a Girl named Mary who was insanely rude and should probably not have a job calling trying to “sell”

I felt like i was treated great and i was very well informed by Cristian. Things went by promptly and it was a very easy process and I have no complaints. I almost did this a year ago and the other company did not show up after looking getting my information and did not show up to do the job. Power Connections was way different and was very responsive and took care of everything.

This made for a very positive experience. They took care of everything, and the staff was able to reply to any questions I had during the installation process by getting in touch. The solar panels were working excellent and very happy with process. The service is great too and cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Excellent pricing was provided, and the schedule of the installation was well addressed. My inquiries were addressed, and the procedure was straightforward. Great grade solar panels are available. The installers were prompt in their arrival, got to work right away, had the job done promptly, and tidied up after themselves.

I had 9 people come knock my door trying to sell me solar. One day a young gentleman named Kyle told me about no cost solar program. McKenna is the representative that actually set me up with my own solar system. Since then, I have gotten negative bills with APS, meaning I am getting paid by APS. I couldn’t be happier with my system, and McKenna was very helpful and a great sales representative. I love my system. Installers were very thorough and good at what they do.

I have had solar since February I am satisfied with the services provided through power connections. My bill has been significantly lower. I have had no problems since installation which took about one half of a day. I would recommend this to anyone.

Everything was done on time there was no delays and the installation process was very fast! I happy I got solar through power connections! I didn’t have to call anyone. I have had it a little over 6 months and out of those two of those months I didn’t have pay anything! I would say try solar and thank you power connections.

My salesman Chris was absolutely awesome. He was very patient, kind & we still keep in touch.
I am grateful I choose to get the solar. My bills have always been lower & I’m very pleased, and I'm very grateful I no longer have to keep my ac at 80 in the summertime to be able to afford summers

We recently had our solar panels up and running in June. Installation was a very lengthy process due to frequent requests for changes by city. Chris from Power Connections kept us updated with Titan's progress. Titan finally installed a new breaker box for us. We were very pleased that everything was settled to our satisfaction. Power Connections had a representative - Shane - to follow up to be sure all our concerns had been resolved. We are very satisfied with with our system.

I was very nervous about putting solar panels on the roof, but they did a great job and they're not as noticeable at other people solar panels. Glad that pigeons can't get under the panels.
