I recently purchased a home and wanted to see what I could do to help drop my electric bill because it was a lot higher than what I thought it should be for the square footage of the home. I found out that SRP has a rebate program for home energy audits so I scheduled an audit with Convenient Home Services. Chris was helpful and professional. After the audit he explained everything that I could do to the home to help lower my energy bill. He was very informative and was able to explain everything to me so that I could understand the reasoning behind the recomendations. After the audit I ended up getting solar screens installed, more insulation in my attic along with installing a new AC unit and condensor. The entire crew was very prompt, respectful of my home and took extra care to ensure that everything was tarped so that there were no debris on my items. It has been a few months since I have had work done and I have noticed a significant difference in my energy bill along with the efficiency of my home. They also made it very easy to get my rebate back from SRP as they filed it for me and I did not have to go through the hassle of doing that myself. I highly recommend Convenient Home Services and I will be using them again in the future.

Convenient Home Services are a WONDERFUL company to work with! They are on the SRP list of approved home energy contractors--for good reason. Their professional guidance was thorough, easy to understand, and there was no high pressure to choose which 'fixes' to implement. I am 100% satisfied and recommend them highly!

Convenient Home Services is now and will always be our A/C & Heating company. On May 12th, they came to our house to repair the A/C coolant line that had been damaged by another company at my house repairing a plumbing line. Within 2 1/2 hours of calling the office and speaking with Paul, James and a member of his crew were at our house to inspect the damage and decided right then and there to repair the coolant line so we would not be without our A/C for any longer than we'd already been. We've been customers of Convenient for 16 years but even this service was way above and beyond any service we've received during this time. Do yourself a favor and call Convenient Home Services the next time you need help with anything related to your home, but especially your heating and cooling system. Replacing two a/c units is a huge expense , but we were very happy with the service provided by Convenient Home Services. Chris was very professional and worked closely with us to take care of all our cooling issues, from a/c units to repairing duct work and insulation. I would definitely recommend them to others. Our SRP bill has dropped about $200 a month this summer in peak pricing!

Convenient Home Services was a SRP referral to perform an energy audit. The audit was very thorough and identified a variety of existing issues and enhancements including replacement of an aging heat pump. Every member of their team was patient, professional, courteous and punctual! We would highly recommend them!

Convenient Home Services, Inc. is a really good company to work with. We used them for Plumbing and A/C work and both entities did very professional work. Their employees go above and beyond to satisfy and explain where necessary the job they are doing. The management keeps you in the loop as to when the crew will be at your home and how long the workmen should be there. I now know who to call when I have a household problem and know I can count on their good advice.

Paul and the team were incredibly responsive - in less than 24 hours from saying yes his team had my new AC installed! The installation team was professional, efficient and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend them!

The gentleman named Paul when I called is was very helpful on getting me the service. I needed he did his best to get an ac tech to my home at the last minute. He also put a rush on getting me a new unit for my home. When the technician came to install my unit and came for the emergency call he was beyond polite and knew his stuff. His name was Pedro. I would highly recommend this company great people, great knowledge and extremely kind and put their customer as priority

My air conditioning was not cooling under 80 degrees, I called Wednesday after hours and had a tech to my house Thursday afternoon. Gilbert was knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick to find the issue and even showed me the part he replaced and described how it's supposed to work. It was a great pleasure to use convenient home services.

They did a complete energy audit and as a result I purchased 3 new furnace and airconditioning units plus a complete insulation package. Everything was done on time with no changes in price. The leaders and other workers were extremely professional, and always available for any questions. The changes saved me approximately $300 per month on previous utility bills for gas and electricity. I would recommend Convenient Home Services to anyone.

Our existing AC started making noise, though it was still functioning. Convenient came and evaluated what was wrong. Paul did a great job of explaining what repairs were needed. The cost was high, and well into the expense of replacing the system. Paul did a good job of explaining what our options were (repair vs replacement, and what some of the pros and cons were for all possibilities). We didn't feel pressured to make any specific choice, but were well informed what the choices were.
We ended up choosing to replace our existing system that was a little small for our home, with a newer model that is a better size for the square feet of this home. SRP gave a rebate for a portion of the install. Convenient took care of submitting the paperwork for the rebate, as well as for the manufacturers warranty. They sent us electronic copies of everything, and were really good about keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process.
I would recommend Convenient, and would use them again if needed.

We are very pleased with the services provided by "Convenient Home Services". Paul, who managed the project, as well as several secretaries we dealt with were all courteous and responsive to our questions, concerns, and our scheduling requests. The gentlemen who performed the work, which was accomplished very recently in the heat of the summer" were very friendly, hard-working and were conscientious regarding the homeowner’s property and were meticulous in covering items below the work area to prevent overflow of insulation onto personal property and they cleaned up promptly when they had completed the project.
Overall, we are pleased with Convenient Home Services and their affiliated company and would particularly like to thank the servicemen who came to our home to provide the service, namely, Uriel and Luis.

Convenient Home Services did a true five star company job.They came into my house and promptly started to lay down many blue tarps to protect my floors and to contain any debris that fell. I truly appreciated this effort and as they started to do their work, I witnessed how careful they were not to create a mess. They continued doing their work and continually asking permission to "open this door" or "can we move this so we don't brake or damage it". They acted very professionally and making sure my personal stuff was protected. They made special efforts to explain what they were doing and how the changes would work better for me. Paul and his crew walked me around to show me the finished work explaining everything. When they were done, they carefully removed the blue tarps and began to completely clean the areas they worked in including vacuum all carpets and remove debris.
I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.
I told Paul that I would give him ten stars but he said that I only can give a maximum of five stars, so I did.

In February, I bought a 70's era home. I picked Convenient Home Services from the SRP list of contractors for an energy audit. I couldn't have made a better choice. Chris and Paul Gloria and their crews could not have been a nicer or more professional group of people. Kindness and proficiency were the rules of each day. There was a lot of work to do and I'm very happy with the results. Highly recommend this company.

Convenient was great! They scheduled an estimate without delay, started work quickly after we accepted the estimate, and worked with me to make sure I got all applicable rebates. They thoroughly explained the work to be done. They arrived on time, the crew started work promptly and they left the house clean. WOW!! Service was excellent. Paul was great setting up schedule/ repairs. Christ and Team are very professional. The new air duct works as it should, all rooms are now getting air and is very comfortable. With the new insulation, house is holding temp and Heater/AC is not running as much. If you are need of A/C, duct work, energy audits, all HVAC etc., this company is one I would highly recommend based on 16 years of doing business with them. They installed my last AC unit many, many years ago, but then recently it was time to replace my AC-heat pump unit due to age. I also had my duct work inspected due to numerous issues I was having. Turns out the main return duct & supply duct had to be replaced (very old and leaking); Although I incurred some unexpected additional expense with this extra duct work, I am happy it was found and it's completed. The entire new system, new duct work and new registers have made a world of difference in my home. While all of this work was and unanticipated expense, I'm so happy it's done properly and professionally, and I no longer have to worry about poor/uneven air flow, wasted energy and duct work that is disintegrating . The crew and office staff are wonderful to work with, they show up when they committed to, were prepared, efficient and professional. No 'extra' charges, I paid what they quoted. They explained every step, reviewed the audit report, showed me pictures of the damage in the attic and gave me options without any sales pressure. In a world where customer service and professionalism are sorely lacking, this company and staff are a bright light! They are licensed and bonded, and certified APS and SRP qualified contractors. 10 Stars!

Convenient was recommended to me by a next door neighbor, after discussing my AC issues and my frustration with three other HVAC companies. Discussed my AC issues with Paul over the phone. He was very helpful and informative. James and his crew came to the house and discussed the issue at length. James and his crew performed and inspection and gave me the details as to what needed to be done to resolve the dampener and AC issues. James explained everything in detail and at no time did I feel pressured to perform any of the recommendations that he gave me. I did approve to have the work they recommended. They showed up on time and did a great job in solving my AC issues. Paul followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the work they performed. Initially, Convenient Home Services, Inc came out to my home in February 2020 to conduct an SRP assessment of the efficiency of my home. They were professional, took the time to explain things, shared pictures of areas that I am unable to access and provided a thorough report of recommendations. Due to having such a great experience with them during this my 1st encounter, I have had them come out to fix and service my AC unit. Everyone that I have interacted with (owner, home performance analyst, office staff, and repair technicians) have been professional, responsive, timely, engaging, knowledgeable, honest, and intentional; resolving the issue with integrity.
