A little challenging getting into the yard. However excellent customer service and everyone is very polite. Seamless unloading process without rushing you to get off site.

Courteous and knowledgeable service, fair pricing, great selection. I've personally been in the industry since 1988, I have seen several roofing material yards. ABC Mesa fulfills my basic roofing needs without frills nor drama.

We have been licensed roofing contractors in Arizona for over 35 years (my family). This used to be our main supply pickup, right next to the railroad tracks, for years.

Unfortunately lately every time we come here they like to gauge prices.

We go to other roofing supply co's and they mostly have reasonable prices.

Here they'll charge you 50% more, or sometimes more than double that of other supply companies.

I went in today to purchase a product that is normally around $50 for a box (with tax) - over at ABC they want over $100 ($109) for the same product.

Is it because I don't have some special account? Or you just don't like our business anymore?

Kinda sad you have to gauge so much in comparison to your competitors.

If you're coming to buy individual tile know that YOU'LL need to go out to the yard and pull those item's. I was instructed on where to go and I found exactly what I was looking for. The roof tiles did cost me $10 a piece which I thought was a bit expensive but I don't know what this material generally cost. I needed 2 and $21 later I had matching tile that fit and color matched perfectly.

Went in to find a replacement clay tile for my roof. A gentleman on a forklift went in the storage yard and brought to me a perfect replacement, all within five minutes. Best service ever. Thanks ABC!

I went there to get some tiles as I broke a couple, only to find out they no longer have a bone yard. I told them they should remove the bone yard from their website

I ordered some roofing supplies over a month ago. I knew it was going to be awhile to get. But when it didn’t come in and I called. They said they would have the sales guy call me. Well NO CALL BACK. I’ll call again tomorrow and see if they know anything. If not I’ll dispute the credit card and go somewhere else. Really sad because I have a whole house to remodel

Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. Without engaging in any confrontation with the front desk attendant, I asked to speak to a manager. I had to ask 4 times before he finally agreed to get up out of his chair and walk 10 ft behind him for manager support. The manager (whom I could visually see observing us) refused to speak to me. The front desk attendant walks back and simply says "we're done". One heck of a way to treat to a customer who used to spend $30-40,000 per MONTH here. I felt absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated.

My favorite place to buy roofing stuff. They sell other stuff as well and they even have a catalog. Love the nostalgia. They loaf them roofs too, that’s my favorite part, go here and get your roof on. Tell em RyGuy sent you, they won’t have any idea what you’re talking about but it would be fun. 🤩

Call to inquire about price. They are 20% higher than other suppliers in the area. Ask to have the price lowered so I'll be willing to use them. Tells me I need to buy from them more in order to do that. So I clarified with him, "I have to purchase over priced material in order to ask for a fair price?" they said "yes". So I asked "Why would I purchase from you guys over anyone else then? This is why I never do business with ABC in the first place". Was told "Then continue to order from where you've been ordering from"... World class sales and customer service there.

Service is excellent. I had a skylight job in which a clerical error occurred on my order on the type of skylight I needed. My installer grabbed the wrong skylight and took it to his job across town. I told our salesperson Steve who immediately grabbed the right skylight and drove it to our jobsite. I understand this isn't to be expected in all cases but he went the extra mile (or 15) to get us out of a pickle. Thank you ABC and especially Steve!

Overpriced. $60 on a bundle of shingles. Competition is $120 for a square (that's 3 bundles). Told me "oh yeah this is normal". Lol. Joke taking from the smaller guys per usual. Big companies get the "discounts". Won't be back at any ABC Supply.

Would give them zero stars as i was there to deliver their product but they dint care about truckers or value their time. Eddie the guy up front on desk talk about value his customers first and treating drives like they are nothing and one of the fork lift drive L J or Jose ( Young Jose they call him) Was being rude when asked how long will it be to get me unloaded he replied we take care of our customers first and you’re not one of them. They treat truckers like they own them and can say or do whatever they want to. Eddie please dont try to remove this review let the other truckers see how you will treat them. 😊

What are you talking about? Despite the negative comments, my experience at this place was different, in and out in less than 1 hour, the staff was friendly and organized, nothing bad to say.

I use AbC for all of our material orders. Every other location is awesome. This one not so much. It is a shame because every other location is a pleasure to deal with.

Employees were very helpful and knew what I needed as I gave them my project plans and were quick to help me and get me started.

The outdoor carpet was installed on time and professionally. I am well pleased with the results.

I'm totally satisfied with our carpet installers. They arrived on time and were very professional.

Installer called in advanced and was able to arrive early! He was professional and polite. The install was completed in a timely manner and looks great!
