Charles came out exactly on time for our appointment. He and his associate figured out our lighting issue within an hour. He was able to explain to me what was going on so I could prevent the same issue in the future. Very satisfied with ACT.

Charles and Bruce were great. Our pool pump wasn’t getting power. They came out on a Saturday, troubleshooted, and figured out the problem. The pump is now working. I will use ACT going forward for all electrical issues in my home.

Charles was here first thing in the morning and easily diagnosed the issue. Went to get the parts and I think total time including him going to get some parts was no more than an hr. Very knowledgeable and great customer service, will be using them for any future electrical issues.

I had an issue with an outlet tripping the breaker when the refrigerator was plugged in and we couldn't figure it out. Charles was able to get it fixed in a short time. Ensured everything was running the way it needed to be. I had some outlets and light switches replaced as well by Eric. Both gentlemen were great- friendly, professional and explained what needed to be done. I will be a returning customer if I need electrical again! Thanks ACT Electric!

I called Charles to install 5 GFI outlet receptacles and a auto on/off switch. He scheduled us same day and contacted us before arrival. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely request his services in the future and recommend him to others.

Charles is absolutely amazing..... my baby and I had no electricity for over 24 hours because my property manager was not responding to me. Charles came an hour after I called. He found and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Incredible guy!

Called ACT at 7am on a Friday to report an issue a sudden issue with outlets in power in my home. Left a message and received a call back from Charlie within minutes. He had me take a picture of my electrical panel and diagnosed the issue without having to come out to my home. I would absolutely recommend this company.
