Electrical reviews in Mesa, Arizona

I’ve been using legard McDaniel for over 12 years and would never use them again. They were sloppy, didn’t clean up after themselves, used my private bathroom without asking and counted and ordered all the wrong receptacles for my home. Stefanie that works there is totally unprofessional and rude to her customers… better off going any where else but to them!… very dissatisfied customer!

Really friendly guys did an excellent job

Great work for the right price. Pool runs great

Excellent job of fixing a small list of electrical issues for us. Have used them twice, pleased with the service.

Great company. They did the electrical trim out on a large project we had and were excellent about getting it completed quickly. Everyone at their company was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend Scott and the rest of the team.

Power 1440 is awesome for all your electrical needs. They have done everything for us from installing all the electrical wiring for our new pool, to wiring lights, switches and fans for our outdoor living area.
Aaron and Scott handled all the electrical amenities for our outdoor living area. Their workmanship and customer service over and beyond what anyone would expect. Two great guys to have around.
I would give Power 1440 a 10 star rating if I could.
I highly recommend Power 1440 for ALL your electrical needs. -
Steer clear. Horrible, unskilled installers. Had to go with them from Home Depot and the blinds came out ABSOLUTELY horrible. Installer ended up also stealing from my home and had to open a police report.

I ordered some blinds from Home Depot. They are a 3rd party to measure for them. They call me to an appointment. While I was waiting for them to show up I get a text saying they can't make it, but they be there between 1-4. I waited till 4 and you never guess what happen? NO show, text, or phone called. Which I see on there home page that is normal. When they called me to make the next one I asked why they didn't show up? No I deal I was told. I asked to talk to a manager they told me it wouldn't matter what you say they don't care. Also Home Depot didn't care either.
When I called Home Depot they didn't answer the phone. -
I see some lousy reviews for this company, but they did a nice job for me. Appointment was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, and they showed up as scheduled for both the measurements and the installation. The installer (Cliff) did a nice job measuring, and the install went without a hitch. Love our cellular shades we ordered from Home Depot.

This is the only company that Home Depot uses to install their blinds. They have extremely poor communication skills and are hardly equipped to do anything involving windows.
The guy, Jesus, came to our home on a Saturday evening (we had scheduled a morning appointment) to measure the second-story windows in our vaulted-ceiling living room for window shades. This had all been discussed at our initial planning appointment at Home Depot, yet Jesus had no clue about any of it. He only brought a tiny step ladder, so we could not get our official measurements. He did say that they would not do installations on anything above 17 feet because, and I QUOTE, "we don't have insurance." What kind of shady backwater company professes to service windows and doesn't touch anything above ground level? Completely bananas.
'Fortunately,' the tops of our windows measured under 17' (16'9" to be exact), so we were told that someone would reschedule with a taller ladder. We were able to measure the height based on a landing on the stairs.
Crickets from them after that. Got a call from the original Home Depot guy 4 days later saying that A&A rejected the job because the windows were above 17 feet, which was a lie. Currently doing more back-and-forth with Home Depot, but it's likely that we'll have to go find a real professional ourselves.
TL;DR- Poor scheduling, poor communication, insufficiently equipped, no insurance, and literal bald-faced lying -

I own a small business....Second Home Pet Resort in north Phoenix...17,000 sq. ft....25 staff members. I do not employ a full time maintenance person so I rely on trade sub-contractors. I have utilized Indicom Electric twice in the last 6 months and have been more than pleased. Their trucks carry the necessary supplies, the technicians are knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. On the last visit while replacing a sodium bulb on a 10' ladder, the technician dropped the fixture lens while putting it back on. The lens broke yet the technician was quick to tell me they would obtain a replacement at no cost. They deducted the amount of the lens including the shipping from the invoice and came back to install it without me having to hassle them.
I will continue to use Indicom for any of our electrical needs. -
ALL GOOD, GREAT SERVICE, REASONABLE COST

They got to me quick. Very professional.good work and did not leave a mess. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Mr. Amp

Taken advantage of. You’ll be charged double. Job isn’t complete and won’t respond. Don’t waste your time

Had an amazing experience using this company in utah, their employee was great, very knowledgeable, knew his stuff. We had a diffrent company install some outside outlets that continued to short out even had that other company come back 2xs to fix it and still no luck. Called Mr. AMP in utah and the guy fixed it, and was able to figure out the issue quick. I'll be using this company for all future needs.

I was having trouble with my breaker, its an older home and I needed a new panel... Mr Amp found the problem and quoted the pricing right where i expected. Im very pleased and would hire Mr Amp again.
-
EDIT: The owner gave me a call back and was very apologetic of a scheduling issue I had on their website. The requested time wasn’t accepted through their web scheduler and their team was not notified of my requested time due to a system issue.
In summary, there are not a lot of owners who will take responsibility of mistakes and work with their customers to make it right. I will definitely reach out to Mr. Amp for electrician needs in the future! -
After Mr amp came and installed a new panel, we experienced some problems so had to call him to come back. The guy came out once, did a band aid solution but did not fix the root of the issue. When it broke again, I called back and no one would respond. I called in another electrician and he fixed the problem easily and also pointed out several areas in the new box that were not installed properly and would probably fail inspection. Would not recommend mr amp

Mr. Amp came out and did a panel restoration and installed some lights for me and outlets. They were professional and gave me options to fit my needs and budget. High quality work performed. Will definitely hire again!

Had Mr Amp come out to look at a garage light fixture that wasn’t working. He recommend a replacement and installed the same day. Unfortunately one of the newly installed lights burned too hot and damaged the fixture, but Mr Amp came out the same day and replaced with new fixtures that are working great! He was very pleasant and professional and I really appreciate him going the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Would highly recommend.
