I thought I'd have to buy a new door when I backed my car into it. Plus now my two cars were stuck inside the garage since the door wouldn't open. But the next day service by the Emerson tech had everything fixed. Matt E showed real craftsmanship by even swapping a good rail with the repaired rail so the the damaged spot of the door would pull into place a little more tightly. There was no flaking of paint on the front side of the door. It all took him less than an hour. How can someone do better than that?!

Matt was great, on time, friendly but professional and really knew his stuff - because my garage door was a mess and hadn’t worked for years. He came and installed a new opener and spruced up some other things to make it work great, we are so happy with it. We highly recommend him!

Emerson Garage does great work and they are HONEST! I originally had A1 come out to fix my garage door and they told me it was impossible to fix and quoted me $4k for a new basic door. I called up Emerson Garage and they were at my house in a couple hours and said they could repair it no big deal and fixed my garage door the same day for only a few hundred instead of thousands. My old door is working great again and I’m so happy to have a company I know I can call in the future that isn’t just trying to make the commission off a door sale.

Imagine coming home and wondering why your garage door didn't open only to realize it has detached from the arm. I emailed pictures to the vendor and they were promptly able to diagnose what was wrong (broken spring) and sent me a quote. **I guess I should not have ignored performance issues for so long - I thought it was normal** They worked with my schedule and was communicative when the appointment needed an adjustment. I did not get a 2nd estimate - something about this told me the price was fair for parts and labor. I also liked the small business aspect of the company. Matt was FAST and professional. He went straight to work and was done in under an hour. I highly recommended this company for your repairs and my door is in better condition than when I bought the house.

I was referred to Emerson Garage Door by a friend, and I am so thankful that I found Matt and his company. I feel fortunate to have found them after talking to a neighbor of mine recently and hearing their experience with another company. He was happy, but when his door quit closing, he was told he needed an entire new door, opener, etc. and the invoice came to around $3k. I asked for more specifics on his issue, and it did not sound like his door was damaged. However, I did not want to make him feel bad for being upsold into an unnecessary new door. His story was discouraging to hear. I thought my issue might be a laser eye or a wiring issue. I held off for a bit, anticipating a potentially high estimate after hearing his story.

Emerson was able to schedule me quickly and showed up on time. Matt quickly diagnosed the issue. A mouse got inside the wall and damaged one of the wires; an easy fix. He examined the door and lift, giving them both his thumbs up, and provided some tips for upkeep. We identified the point of entry for the mouse, allowing it to be sealed.
In the end, I was thrilled to find Matt to be honest and as advertised by my friend. Emerson was honest, delivered outstanding value, and I will definitely use them again. Thank you, Matt and team!
