Excellent professional service. Made sure our water damage was cleaned and disinfected properly in a timely manor.

I have used them on several occasions and they are always quick to respond, remedy and repair water damage and put everything back to how it was before!

Had them do a carpet cleaning...WOW...state of the art equipment and service help that were a pleasure to work with..

Best work ever! Sebastian was great! Did a great job on my carpets

Bought a box truck, 2006 Ford f450. Had truck inspected. In good shape.

Good price and work!!! Ideal recently completed removal of old popcorn ceilings, 70's arch way that really opened up the space and installed new kitchen/dining room lighting and new tile throughout house . My wife and I are really happy with the work and professionalism demenostrated by Ideal . Thank you for helping us update our home at budget friendly prices with quality work.

I had a flood that went from my hall bath thru the wall & into my den. Totally flooding it & ruining flooring, walls & furniture. I contacted Ideal on a Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon - they came - the furniture was moved out, the carpet & padding - up & gone. The wall cut where the leak was & fans set in both rooms. Justin & Kyle did an amazing job!
The drywaller came the following week because Ideal advised me it would be best to leave the fans in longer to assure everything was dry. I work in construction & have to say that these 2 gentlemen did one of the best drywall jobs I've seen. Yesterday Kyle & Justin came back to put my furniture back & re-hook my wi-fi & all the good stuff that needs connecting now-a-days. They were careful & thorough. They made sure everything was working & back on line.
I am so thankful that I contacted Ideal to get my house back in shape. I highly recommend them - you won't be sorry!

Justin and Garrett have been incredible my entire experience dealing with multiple jobs. Justin has gone above and beyond with his work ethic, his customer service is beyond many if not all companies and contractors I've dealt with. Garretts advice halls been good and feedback valued. Lastly the work they do is incredible... as if it never happened.

James and his team at ideal are my first choice now. Impressed...no. More like blown away. James's team was early...not on time but early. When was the last time a trade sat outside your home ready to work? James and his team are responsible for turning my kitchen into an at home destination place. We love the craftsmanship, quality of work and attention to detail. He didn't just transform my kitchen, they transformed the way we cook, eat and congregate in the kitchen. James's team had to work around the schedule of another trade and was more than accommodating. At the end of each day, they cleaned up as if they were never day. Most trades don't do that. If there was a problem, James called us with the problem AND the solution. How about that!?! Ideal should be your company of choice and if you are fortunate enough to get James, you will not be disappointed. Thank you James and Ideal for transforming lives.
Chris and Nichole Billingsley

Rene, Jose and Artemio did a fantastic job with my drywall repair & painting throughout my home & inside my garage. They were diligent, skillful, punctual, respectful, protective of my home, and they cleaned up daily. I felt comfortable having them work in my home. I would highly recommend them and am very happy with their work.

Kyle and Blake did an amazing job taking care of water damage from a roof leak. They showed the highest level of professionalism and took great care to protect the rest of the house with well-sealed containment areas. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Matthew came over today to takeout drywall and patch. His communication was top notch and workmanship was ideal. Kept the area very clean and took his time to inspect if there was any mold or any other issues. Highly recommend Matthew!

Homes built the right way.

Great builder of 55 and older community in the valley

Good people and a quality product! There aren’t many people better than John Arnett to work with.

I am not impressed with the customer service regarding the building of Sunland Village Springs East. When going under contract we were promised quicker completion dates once the earnest money was deposited production delayed and everyone is blaming everyone else instead of trying to get to the bottom of the delays or just being honest about it. It took 4 months to even touch the land. There is no communication. I drive by the house every week and don’t see any progress for weeks. Now my lender is telling me they are reporting problem with their subs and it is delaying the process even more. The sales manager at the office is the absolute worst. It’s obvious to me that he has no concern for his customers he just wants the sales. If I would have know that my grandparents were going to be treated so poorly I would have suggest that they build in another community instead of being taken advantage of. Worst building process I have ever seen.

John Arnett and Farnsworth Construction is a great option for a local general contractor. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to build a custom home or even a commercial building.

Farnsworth did a great job on our new building here in SVE. Communication, timeliness, safety, quality and cost management were all consistent with a great company. I have managed many construction projects working for one company for 34 years before retirement. Although this SVE project was not on the same scale of those projects, it was equally professional and well managed by Farnsworth. Thank you John and team. Michael

Great group of professionals
