This is an awesome service! I use it at my rental homes in Gilbert to make sure that they were being properly maintained with the basics - air filters, drain clogs and landscaping. They are quick and responsive and very cost effective.

Collective Home Co is great! Awesome service, especially for anyone else who doesn’t have the time to keep up on the regular maintenance stuff like changing air filters, flushing water heaters, cleaning vents, cleaning bathroom exhaust fans (have I EVER done that! 😂)! Lubricating garage doors is another one I never do (probably why I just had to get my garage fixed). Anyway the quarterly maintenance program is well worth it and I like the handyman discount you can get if you have the work done at the same time. Highly recommend!

Gavin and his team are fantastic. Handled all of the items on our list! We had plumbing, electrical, and every day to do items to get done and they handled everything.

They came and helped hang TV's and assemble things at my business. Was nice to know I could trust a company to come help do things I don't have time to do as a small business owner. I highly recommend them for Handyman work at home or office.

I hired Angel last August to install kitchen cabinets, sink, etc. He did a good job, but needed to come back to finish up a trim piece. I have been trying to get him to come back for the past seven months. He has no showed several times. As far as his work goes, it looks good, but the sink is off 1/4 inch from being centered in the countertop, I have 2 cabinets that are crooked and don't close correctly. He also left blue marks on my new white Ruvti sink that won't come out. He said he has something that may take the marks out, but again, hasn't been back to finish up the work.
