I saw these guys in my neighborhood cleaning another house. Took a picture of the van and called. I do a ton of dog sitting so, after the holidays, I needed to get my floors and couch back. Mike was extremely professional, on time, he communicated perfectly and my house looks AMAZING! I would use this service again, no questions asked. Mike Stanfield contacted us by text and followed up with a phone call. This was to ensure we knew when he would arrive. He was friendly and polite. Mike arrived on time and walked us through the house to make sure which rooms needed to be cleaned. Mike sprayed the stains and started right away. The carpets look amazing. Tyler was very pleasant & professional. He was on time with an early morning reminder, & with letting me know his ETA 10-20min arrival time.

I called in for removal of the dryer vent/duct clean out of the lint build-up service. He moved the dryer to clean out the duct between the dryer and outside wall and from the roof down to the dryer. It took Tyler about 45 min from beginning to end.
I did go through my home warranty for Elevate Cleaning services, so I do not know their pricing. Thank you Tyler! Yes, I would recommend their services.

Michael did so good! He was honestly so quick and showed me a side by side comparison of my carpet before and after it got cleaned (see picture. Right side is before, left side is after). He took great care and made sure not to dent the walls or anything, and cleaned up any extra water that dribbled on the floor.

Very pleased with the service and technician (Mike). Phoned ahead prior to arrival, very helpful and friendly, and work was completed efficiently. We have used ELEVATE CLEANING several times in the past and always satisfied.
