Chris or Matt did a great job of cleaning my pool. Never had a problem there. When I did have question they always had to ask Jason. He would not get back to me in a timely manner and I would end up calling them. But like I said they do a nice job keeping your pool clean. I think they just need to work on customer service.

These are the biggest bunch of cowboys in the business. They claim to service your pool but do nothing. They didn't even empty the filter baskets for over a month.
They do not add any chemicals and barely clean the pool. Even after they have been there is debris in the pool.
I even caught thier staff stealing from me.
If the management company didn't force us to use them I would have fired them after the first visit.

guy showed up once and did a mediocre job and then sent a picture of his steering wheel emblem instead of a picture of my pool when completed. Then after complaining the owner came with him. I requested they vacuum just the spa since it had dirt in it but the pool didn't need vacuumed. Owner told me they couldn't get the pump to prime and would be back tomorrow. I went straight out and it started right up. Called back and said don't come back. I've been a pool service technician since I was 10 years old just didn't have time to clean my own and wanted to support a local business but never again will I leave my pool to someone else who clearly don't care about his companys reputation. Don't text me again.

Been with this company for over 1yr and they started out great. They cleaned the pool weekly and got rid of our problem areas. However, when it came time to communicate, the owner Jason alway seemed to fall short. Our recent interaction with his unknown staff was very unprofessional. I would say this company does a good job of maintenance but they've lost us as customers because of their poor communication.

We have been so happy with Dolphin Pool Maintenance. Jason has come to our home multiple times to help us out. He has taught us the basics about caring for our first pool and is helping us to fix a bad leak in our pool pump. Our pool looks great all the time!! We highly recommend!

They have serviced my pool for a few months and can't keep it clear. The tech doesn't perform his duties when at our property. We had to drain our pool in August because the pool was so green due to incompetence of the tech. Here we are a month later and the pool is back to green(after fresh water being put in). They make up lies saying the water level is to low for the pump to run. Worst pool company in Arizona highly recommend NOT using them.

I would highly recommend Dolphin Pool Maintenance for any pool repairs you have. We had the pool completely redone ( pebble tec with tile). They did a fabulous job. All work crews did a wonderful job at each step of the process. Jason was very responsive to each call and or text. Thank you Jason for a great job. I will be recommending you!

We bought a new house and the pool pump went out right before we moved in. The title company hired Dolphin Pool Maintenance to fix the pump and told us it would get taken care of immediately. Dolphin was supposed to make it out… they didn’t. Then they rescheduled for the next day. The next day came and they said they needed the money from the Title company before they would come to the house and rescheduled on us again. At this point our pool is changing colors and has debris in it. I get a call and they apologize for the delay and let me know they will make it right by cleaning the debris out of the pool and treating it so it gets back to its original state. We finally see a pool repair man in our backyard, he drops a manual by our sliding glass door and leaves. The door was wide open and we were clearly sitting inside. He didn’t make his presence known, show us the work he did, explain the problem, ask if we had any questions or anything. They replaced the pump, ran the system with all of the debris in the pool, left without saying a word, and now we need someone else to come out and fix it again.
I called the company back and asked if they were going to come back, clean our pool still, and make it right. They said, “you can buy our package for $140 / mo and we will come back out and see what we can do”.
Awful service… I would rather pay another company full price than having Dolphin Pool Maintenance come back out for free.

Excellent Customer service, we called and spoke to Jason. He asked us questions about our filtering system and based on our answers, he was able to determine our filtration system was working as designed. Even though we were not a customer, Jason was kind enough to talk with us and let us know that it seemed to be working correctly, and he was right, a little later the water was clear and beautiful. These folks will definitely be my go to pool repair folks because they were honest and didn’t try to make a buck off us and sell us anything we didn’t need! Top notch company!

We had a complete remodel done on our pool. Jason and his crew were exceptional. The remodel went flawlessly, and turned out absolutely beautiful. Our pool was over 30 years old and required an entire facelift of new decking, tile and resurfacing. We also had new plumbing and other updates as well. We are so happy we selected his company and highly recommend them.

Jason with Dolphin Pool Maintenance is Awesome! He stopped by to look at my issue with my pump late in the afternoon. He was done with his day and stopped by anyway. It was 114 degrees at the time. I told him it is too hot and maybe he could come back early tomorrow when it was not so hot. He said , let's take a look at it now. Within 5 minutes he determined there was a loose fitting. Tightened it up and my pump was back up in running. Lucky for me, it was an easy fix. I was expecting it to be much worse. Jason (Dolphin Pool Maintenance) will be my Go-To pool repair company for all my future needs. It should be yours too! Thanks Jason!

Did a great job repairing the above ground plumbing around my filter. They gave an accurate estimate and even fit me in the day after I contacted them. See my before and after pictures.

Things started out okay with Jason and his company (he also goes by American Heritage Pool Co.), but when we started to notice the weekly service wasn’t being completed as promised and brought it to his attention, he stopped being helpful and the services rapidly went downhill from there. We had video camera evidence showing that for at least one month the pool wasn’t being brushed and we suspect that this had been going on for much longer than that. We also had a few issue where switches had been manually changed or lids were not put back correctly on pool equipment by the guy performing maintenance which then caused issues when we went to use to pool.

I get that a company cannot always get things right the first time, but how they handled the issue when it was brought up was even worse.

Not very impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced followed by lazy maintenance. Constantly green to where I have to purchase my own chemicals and supplies in hopes to keep my pool from becoming a swamp. Every-time I have called in to ask for guidance I am met with instant attitude and unwillingness to help. See photo of my pool that “does not contain algae and only slightly cloudy from the weather”. Interesting how this issue has came up on other occasions during the summer where we did not have rain. I am a reasonable person and offer benefit of the doubt far more than I should but will no longer be taken advantage of when I am paying a monthly fee to keep my pool blue and clear. It’s great that it seems there are people that have written reviews with 5 stars, leaves me wondering why I have received such awful service.

These folks are really consistent and professional. They show up the same day every week usually around the exact same time. We have protection dogs that may be outside roaming around by the pool, but Edward knows to check in with us first before his crew goes in. When they’re done, I immediately get a text showing what time they were there, for how long and even your pools chemical balances. A well run business. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had not changed the sand in our filter for at least six years and our water was DEAD. Jason diagnosed our problems and explained to us in layman’s terms what we needed. He scheduled the work the next week at a fair (actually a great) price. Chris replaced the sand in the filter with no mess and Jason drained my green water and sandblasted the scale off the tile. The water I now crystal clear and the tile looks brand new. Great company and staff. Drew who checks the pool weekly does a great job and informs us if anything changes. We had a great experience with our technician, Josh, with Precision Pool Filters. He was very thorough with cleaning our pool filters and answered all our questions without hesitation. We will definitely be using Josh again!

Friendly and simple service

This is such a great service. It sure beats standing out there in the heat, spraying the filters off. and Josh is great to work with.

Came across Josh's April special for filter cleaning on Eastmark FB page. He scheduled promptly and truly did a great job on the cleaning. Lots of attention to detail on seals and making sure there were no leaks. Already scheduled my next cleaning. Glad to support a small business owner in Eastmark! Highly recommend.

Our pool looks like new again!! Job well done, will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.
