Apparently no care for new customers. I called in to have an estimate done for my bushes and trees. I was concerned about their health and to ensure I've been taking care of them properly. Girl who answers the phone and took my info was nice. Was told my info would be passed to an estimator and would get a call to schedule. 2 days pass no call, I called back same girl who remembered me explained had truck issues and would pass my info back to the estimator again. Still no call another almost 2 days. So I've given up on them, as it appears no intrest from them to gain or earn my business.

We have a large Palo Verde in our front yard that needed work to keep it healthy. Greenkeeper sent an arborist to evaluate and make the appt. On the day of the appt they were supposed to come early in the morning. When they didn’t show we called the office. They apologized and sent a crew shortly after. The climber was great. He knew what he was doing and explained to us what he was doing and why as he worked. The rest of the crew was efficient. They cleaned up as they worked. Left the tree and yard looking great. Highly recommend.
