He gave me a reasonable quote and got me an appointment the same week. Since the appointment I have not seen any new termite tracks. I highly recommend T2.

Fast response for a quote. I then booked appointment for a few days out. The team was done in an hour and a half. No issues. They were very thorough in the explanation after what was done. Now get outta here termites.

I called to inquire about managing roaches as I am new to the desert and not used to them! The man I spoke to was very understanding and compassionate towards my concerns about spraying chemicals in my home with an autoimmune disorder. They suggested we try a more gentle solution and he strived to get me day-of service. Within minutes, a technician was at my door and treated me with the same kindness and consideration. I hope the treatment works and I feel very confident that they will address any concerns I may have. I enrolled in the bimonthly $69 service. A nice welcome to Phoenix!

Chad Clouse did a great job. He kept me up dated as the day of my appointment approached. My house is quite a distance from Chads location but he made the trip and was on time. Once he arrived he was friendly and explained to me how the termite treatment process worked. He isn’t afraid to get dirty and that’s a good thing in dusty Arizona. Afterwards I received my paid invoice and warranty through my email. It was easy to print that paperwork out for my records.

I just had my inside and outside sprayed today. I haven't yet noticed if I will see any scorpions but the company seems very responsive. Justin was exactly on time, friendly and quick but seemed to get all of the necessary areas. It's a family owned business and I like that as well! Price was reasonable and scheduling was a breeze.
