Great service these days seems to be somewhat of a curious anachronism. Though Covid has taken its toll on a company’s ongoing challenge of acquiring and maintaining quality team members, with effective management, strong organizations like (maids) can still ferret out performers. That said, I want to acknowledge eMaids Owner, Andrea and one of her outstanding team members, Amanda. I want to take a moment to thank you for assembling a team that still remembers that “the customer pays their paycheck.” Obviously, they both realize it takes more money to generate a new customer, than to maintain their most valuable asset, a current customer.

Very easy to get ahold of for scheduling and rescheduling. Prices are competitive. The cleaner who has helped us is quick and efficient, and respectful of all our property. They ask for and are open to feedback. Very pleased with their work.
