So….we were out looking at carpets to replace them because our off white carpets were, literally, grey! We never thought we’d get them back back. We have company coming in this weekend and needed them to be cleaned.m, and fast. We are SHOCKED at just how beautiful they turned out!!! We’ve used Heavens Best for over 25 years. We moved from out of state and found our new local Heavens Best guy, Mike. He was the utmost of professionalism. To take the cake, this carpet cleaner is safe for humans and pets and drys within an hour and it’s reasonably priced as well. Please call Mike and tell him Mary sent you! AMAZING! Mike did a great job, my carpets are so clean, he even did a deodorizer and protectant. We have many animals and my carpets were filled with so much crud. They looked brand new when he was done! He was efficient, even cleaned the baseboards! I had him give me a quote for my tile and wood, and the price was so great I will be getting that done next month. Would highly recommend Mike at Heaven's Best Carpet Care!

We have a very large white couch that was in serious need of a cleaning from the Grandchildren. Mike did an awesome job, he was thorough and took his time to get all the stains and odors out. Very impressed! ( it won't let me post a pic )

Mike cleaned the floors throughout our property. His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the amount of time, effort, and attention he gave to the project. Heaven's Best Carpet cleaning company did an excellent job cleaning my carpets, sofa and loveseat. Mike was very thorough, with great attention to detail. Definitely will have Heaven's Best clean my carpets in the future. I'm planning on having him clean my grout as well. I had received a few quotes from carpet cleaning companies but Mike came highly recommended by a neighbor. I'm telling all my friends also because it's difficult to find someone who cares about the quality of their work and his rates are very reasonable and fair.

Over the years, we have used all the well-known names in carpet cleaning as well as some of the smaller, independent companies. None of them come close to the results we achieved with Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning of Mesa. The process that owner/operator, Mike, uses is totally different than other carpet cleaners we’ve employed. There are no big hoses running in and out of your house, being banged against the corners of your walls. After he has thoroughly vacuumed all the areas, Mike uses non-toxic, pet and kid-friendly chemicals and a portable tank of water to pre-treat the areas. Then he uses a floor machine to break down and extract the dirt. The process uses a fraction of the water typically used by competitors, which is important since we all live in the desert where water is precious. Sometimes Mike will need to use more water in areas that are exceptionally dirty, which may increase your drying time a little bit, but our carpets haven’t looked this good since we put them in more than 15 years ago. Not only is Mike meticulous, he is friendly and considerate. He provides great value for service that is above and beyond and we couldn’t recommend his company more highly!

I had Heaven’s Best come to clean the tile in the home I recently purchased. Mike was on time and communicated with me during the entire process. I could not believe my eyes when I walked into my new home and saw how spectacular the floors and showers looked. It completely changed the way the home looked, smelled and felt. Mike cleaned our 30 year carpet. It looks so pretty, nice, clean. We have 3 cats. 19,17,12. Mike was on time. Called 30 minutes before arrival. Called. No text, as requested. Took his time. Very detailed in his cleaning. Raked. The cleaner smelled good. Lemon orange. Vacuumed. Cleaned around the base boards with a commercial dust buster. He pulled back the sliding glass door blinds and used the dust buster under them. He was pleasant. Polite. Knew his job inside and out. I would recommend Mike to our neighbor, but she has tile floors. We look forward to having Mike come out again next year. I asked AI to recommend someone in our town, with good reviews, and Mike was on the list. I looked him up at his web site. We decided to take a chance. We have not had the best of luck in the last few years with the folks that come out to clean carpet. Mike is a hidden gem!
